Dear ***we apologize about the confusion we were sure that you got your wig because it was shipped from our Florida warehouse.Then when you informed us you did not get the wig we processed a refund back to your credit card.now you inform us that you cancelled your credit card.after speaking

Dear ***.we are not sure what company you are referring to,but we are not the manufacturer of this product only a dealer.as a dealer we are more than happy to exchange or refund any unused product in the time allowed which clearly stated on our web site.but if are looking to return a product
after using it for month we think its a bit unreasonable to say the least.so please accept our apologies but we kindly decline.there is not a company in this world that will take a used product back after month.sorry we could not help you further but we are not a used furniture store where we sell garbage.just for your information this product been around for more than years and we sell over jars a month with not complaint.thank you Houseofbeautyworld.com
