I am rejecting this response because: They do not answer the phone nor do they return phone calls and they did not ship the following day which would of reached me the desired dayInstead it shipped days after in the evening which caused me to not receive my package when desiredI have receoved my package in less time when shipped the day after I placed my order or the same day I orderedThis is not the first time that I have a problem that is problemI am finished with this company with their incompetenceI am not the only person with these type of complaints, they need new management to solve their customer service issues, if they want to remain in business

Dear ***.we are sorry that you feel we could not give you a straight answer but our customer service is not involved in buying products.the truth is we paid for this product to the manufacturer they shipped it to us and it got stock in customs in New York for already month.and they could care
