The job was simply Not done right in accordance to my medical issue I was trying to get a full coverage wig instead I got a mop with see through tracks and mest up closure sticking out, didn’t blend the hair two complete different colors ,complete different texturesI just want my

I am rejecting this response because:
I have still not receive the total amount of money due me as a result of this transaction.The total amount due from my return is $92.01.  I was refunded $64.40 on February 20, 2015.  I filed my complaint with Revdex.com on February 16th.  After jumping through several hoops due to HOB's claims that my package was never received, I am still owes $27.01 for merchandise I returned and HOB received January 2, 2015--over two months ago.

back the company finally contacted me and stated that they were processing my order to send out however that was 2 weeks ago and I still have not received my item...I have been waiting for over 3 months now for my item that I've ordered I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com I guess you guys contacted them I thought it was going to be resolved because the company contacted me and said my item was being sent out immediately however 2 weeks later the item has not came yetRegards,

I have never claimed that. Furthermore the only reason [redacted] decided in the favor of this business is because they cannot force them to give refunds based on poor service only if I never got the item. I will drop this issue now since its obvious this business has no intention of providing good customer service.
