me Last Monday, February 2, 2015, I received a check from HOB in the amount of $255 +-.   The following day, I took the check to my bank to have them verify funds before I attempted to cash it.    The only verification that was given to the teller was that the account was indeed a valid account.    One week has passed now, and I have received no notice from my bank that the funds were not available, so I am considering this matter closed.  If I receive notice in the next few days that the check has been returned for insufficient funds, I will notify you promptly.   Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.  [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I am not okay with this. I was charged for the order instantly and I called and emailed for a whole week with no response from anybody and kept being hung up on when I called. I do not want to do business with your company if that is how your customers are treated. You can cancel the shipment and keep your flat iron. I needed this flat iron for a gift this past weekend, which is already past and useless to me now since I had to go to [redacted] supply and purchase a different flat iron.. This order was placed and your end of the deal was not held up when I did not receive anything and could not even get in contact with anybody. This is HORRIBLE customer service and I am very displeased with this company. You will not be getting good reviews from me.

I ordered 5 products online; they only shipped 4. I tried to resolve this with them by emailing, calling and taking pictures so that they could see that the shipment was short one item. They refused to work with me. My credit card company had to intervene. In essence, I paid for a product that I never received.

Hello, as of April 2, 2015 I ordered twelve packs of hair, & I haven't receive my package, I called 4-17-15. 4-22-15 & 4-21-15, was told no1 knows y the man in charge of shipping didn't ship my products.
