I am rejecting this response because: I feel that the amount of time it would take to change hair color should have been stated on product, even if approximate (i.e. one week.one month, three months, etc). It would have made no sense to return the product within 30 days if the coloring process would begin in, say, 45 days.

This business is suspect at best; no one answers the telephone at any hour of the day, and there is no voicemail on the 215 number. The voicemail on the other number found indicates that phone calls will be returned within 48 hours, but this is NOT the case, nor are emails returned.
I ordered a product online on July 6th, and have not received or gotten a response regarding my product at all. House of Beauty should be investigated for fraud.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, the representative should have told me exactly what she was going on.  If she would have responded to me with what she told the Revdex.com, I would have patiently waited for my nails. As a result, she failed to let me know what was happening and with the full voice mail, etc., this lead me to believe I may be getting ripped off.  By their track record on Revdex.com, it's clear they need to do some serious work on their customer service and delivery protocol.

LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR:  I have the payment on my credit card on [redacted] Sun, Dec.27 .for $41.57
I continued to email the compny where is my tracking number, where is my invoice and called and got NO ONE TO ANSWER as the reviews  on the Internet said about  HOUSE of BEAUTY WORLD, INC.
I DID NOT AUTHORIZE A REFUND...and why would it be $40.83?
I DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS COMPANY IS TRYING TO PULL AS I PAID FOR THEM WHEN I ORDERED THEM.[redacted]

I did notify the business already that the problem on my end has been fixed when I called them and I have no idea who are living in that house. I sold that house in 2009. If an immediate action was taken right away when I called, the delivery of item to the wrong address would have been intercepted since I called 5-6 days before item was delivered to said address. Nobody seemed to hear me, that was my biggest concern. Thank you Revdex.com for resolving this problem.

When you first placed the order on the 27th of December , you placed the order at 5:19 pm it takes 24 to 48 hrs to process an order with our company you called us on the 28th which one of our representatives had said to you that your order was still being process...

and that you should be receiving a tracking number within 24 hrs, that was that then u called again still demanding a tracking number which was sent to your email, then you keep calling and calling and spoke again to one of our customer service reps and still was demanding a tracking number which was in your email, after all that calling and yelling and bad language to our reps  we spoke to the manager and decided to refund you but u still kept calling leaving crazy emails and voice mails at our company then after all that, there was a problem,  your products still were ship to you and you were refunded so in that we need you to return the products to our company cause you were refunded and now have our products as well as your money. If we dont receive our products we will be force to use legal action cause now you are stealing from our company . thank you
