I have made several attempts to reach this company regarding my order placed Dec 7, 2015 and not received. This company is suppose to be in business for 30 yrs and I cannot understand how when you donot return calls or answer Emails. I paid with Pay Pal and have already contacted them. Below is the order and my number to verify that I ordered from your company and waiting over a month for my items are uncalled for as well as no response from this company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, however their statement is not accurate, not once was I told it would be 3 -4 days before I received my refund. If they had indeed listened to the recording they would not have made that statement. Also, not once did I state in my complaint that the representative Raised their voice, but they were indeed Rude. Email bounce back - I have 10 advertisement emails from their business, it’s funny that those made it to my email box, but the email in reference to my refund didn’t. The last email advertisement I received came in yesterday at 3:30 pm.

I am rejecting this response because: there response means absolutely nothing, especially when that is a screenshot from the time of the response. Second, I have attached an email that I sent to  Saturday, December 26th. I did not expect to speak with anyone on the 25th considering its a holiday. Yet, no one ever responded. Instead, that Monday when I called and no one answered and I receive an email stating that the items had shipped. I wasn't given any time to cancel or modify the order when there is no viable way to contact customer service. There was no timely response or a response at all. The company was dismissive just like they were in their response. Lastly, they even stated after sending a shipping confirmation that any refused or returned packages would be deducted by [an additional] $12.45. It sets the customer up to be placed in a corner. I wouldn't pay $16.00 for a bottle of cocoa butter. Consequently, this is why the company gets the volume of complaints it does especially on Yelp. I will be submitting a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission as well.

[redacted]11:40 AM (3 hours ago)to me I sent you an email yesterday that I was able to read the merchant's response, as attached below.  While I do think this is a fair resolve, I have yet to receive the shipping refund for $21.46. This morning, I confirmed with my bank that the refund was never issued.  The merchant sent their response on 12/19/14.  Should the refund have been issued by then or did they need to wait for my acceptance?  How do I follow up to ensure I get the resolution that the company has promised? DO NOT ORDER from this company. My daughter ordered from this company and never received the product. She asked for a refund, they then proceed to tell her they could not give he one until they received it back.. We located it at the USPS office id Philadelphia PA. It has been sitting at the Post office for 6 days. They claim they don't know why it's been sitting at the Post office for 6 day but it wasn't there fault we would just have to wait to see if the Post office delivered it to them. It's not their fault that it was return and its been sitting their for 6 day. The Customer service Rep Inna was they rudest person I have ever spoke to. She even hung up on me. We me never get out money back, but I would really love it if no one ever ordered from this company again. This company has been giving my daughter the run around for 2 weeks!!!
