Review: I ordered a [redacted] Gold perfume set that was supposedly lost in the mail on November 14! I have been in contact with [redacted] about the missing package but they have stated since the company is their customer and not me, I would need to contact the shipper for the results of the lost package investigation! I contacted shipper which is House Of Beauty and all options to speak to someone sent me to voicemail for 2 weeks straight! I finally spoke with a rude customer service agent today by the name of Ena who told me they know nothing of the package being lost, which is a lie because a previous representative spoke with [redacted] during the investigation and [redacted] confirmed that they were notified! It is now December 8, 2014 and I still have not received a replacement package or my refund of $58. This company is very misleading and does nothing to resolve customer issues at all! Rude customer service and unorganized shippers is gonna cause them to lose a lot of customers! Review: I placed an order with House of Beauty World.com for two half packs of human weaving hair on 5/3/for $The website states for orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following business day which was 5/5/2014, I still have not received any productI called the customer service line and the person that answered stated that they were out of stock of the item that I ordered and I was sent an email (in which I did not receive stating that they were out of stock of two half packs and would substitute a full pack of the same brand and colorThey could not provide me with any tracking information only that my order was processedI was put on hold and hung up on, this continued for five phone calls aside from additional calls to even attempt to speak with a live person! Review: I order some hair products and paid for them. When they arrival in the mail I call to say the hair products were the wrong kind. The operator said she would connect me to the shipping department and she would email me a return label, never happen. A few day later I call again she said she would do the same never happen, On the the 14 of April I called and requested to speak to a supervisor and was transferd to a voice mail that do not take a messege. I call every day and my calls cliks off. I sent and email which stated it would answer in 24 -48hrs. never happen that was last week. Now I am force to return the products at my expense. ( I NEED TO DO BY FRIDAY TO SAY INSIDE MY 10 DAYS.) I am also sending a second email. I have call at lease 10 times with no answer it goes from press 0 for operator to a voicemail that does not take messages. Review: On September 11, 2014 I placed an order for 1 item through this company. When I placed the item, I received a receipt to my email address that stated that once my item was shipped that I would receive a tracking number within 24-48 hours and that I should have my purchase within 7-10 business days. After waiting the allotted time period, I emailed the customer service department on September 23, 2014 in a attempt to track down my purchase. I received one email asking for my order number the next day, but heard nothing after that. On September 26, 2014, I called the customer service department in which my first two phone calls were disconnected and my other three phone calls ended up with an automated message saying that there was no one to take my phone call.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to either provide me with the item that I purchase or refund the money back to my card.

Review: I ordered a wig from the company. They sent the incorrect item. I contacted them about their mistake and requested that they send the correct item or provide a refund. They told me that they could only exchange the item due to state health laws. I informed them that I had not opened the item and asked them how to go about the exchange. They told me to return the item to them, at my own expense, and they would send the correct item. I returned the item as instructed. After the item was received, I gave them a few days to handle the exchange. I contacted them and asked for the status. They requested that I send them the tracking information on the return, which I provided because I purchased signature confirmation. Now the company will not respond to me. They will not send the item I purchased, and have offered no other option. At this point all I want is the item I ordered or a refund. Review: I placed an order for 4 13oz ounces of shampoo for 5.95 each and three Green tea soap @2.95 each. After almost three weeks I receive an order containing 2 13oz of shampoo and two soap. I spoke with a representative once and they reported they would look into it and get back to me. Never received a call or an email. Friday I spoke with someone who apologized and stated that they would refund my account accordingly. Today I received an email stating the following "Dear Customer, you got 2 shampoo, because the shampoo 13oz not 4 oz for that you paid." Review: I ordered $55 worth of merchandise on June 3rd 2013 with the gurantee that shipping was free for spending $55 it would arrive in 3-5 days. I never recieved a shipping confirmation but they took the money out of my bank account immediately. I sent an email on the 5th asking where my order was and why my order had not been confirmed and recieved no response. I called on the 6th and was told it had not shipped and wouldnt ship until the 7th and I would recieve my confirmation. I spoke to [redacted] and he guranteed a discount on my next order. They refused to overnight it since shipping was free. Today is now the 7th, I recieved no confirmation so I called again but again. [redacted] was rude and kept trying to get off the phone with me , said he had no more time for me, and behaved as if I was the problem. He said it might ship late today or monday since they do not work on weekends. "Shipping would not be sped up since that would cost the company more money." I felt unappreciated and he never apologized on behalf of the company for wrongdoing on their behalf. I do not believe that I am going to get my purchase anytime soon and have now called to issue a cancel on my purchase and a full refund which [redacted] said will be done in 3-4 business days.Desired Settlement: I want my $55 full refund in 3-4 days, so by Thurday June 13, 2013.

Review: On July 17, 2014 I ordered 2 Tropical Aloe Vera Hair Tropical-Aloe-Vera-Treatment-Cream16oz for $7.95 each plus $5.95 shipping, a grand total including shipping for $21.85. They only send me one. I opened my online credit card statement and they refunded me with $7.95.

The main reason why I ordered 2 is because that way I can save money for shipping. The item they sent me also is defected. It looks like it's been tampered, open and someone scoop out 1/4 of the amount.Desired Settlement: I would like them to send me the other item that I ordered and replace the one I also have since it's been tampered.

I have never experienced such poor business practices. I ordered products from the House of Beauty via the Internet over two months ago and to date they have not delivered the products. I have attempted to contact them numerous times but have not received a call back or an email response. Yet I have been charged for the products.

Review: I ordered three products ( (I) 16oz bottle of shampoo & (2) 8oz jars of conditioner) from this company online. I received my order in a timely matter and was satisfied with two of the three items ordered. However one of the 8 oz jar of conditioner was filled about 1/4 of the way and had tape around it. It was almost empty. There was a huge disparity between the two identical jars of conditioner. I emailed the company on October 11, 18 and 25 and have not received a verbal or written response. I was asking for a RAN number (according their return policy per their website) so I could return the item, have it filled properly, and re-shipped to me at their expense since this obviously was NOT my error. My final email simply states that their lack of response is unacceptable and as a result I will no longer be doing business with them and will file a claim with Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the partially filled order (again it arrived that way) and be refunded the cost of (1) of the conditioners.

Review: I ordered 2 wigs from the HOUSEOFBEAUTYWORLD.COM on October 18, 2013. I received a confirmation email stating that the merchandise was being shipped and would arrive via UPS Ground within 3-5 days. I contacted customer service ###-###-#### on October 25, 2013. The person I spoke to sounded confused as if she couldn't locate my order. She then told me that my order was being shipped out of the California warehouse but there was no tracking number listed. She said that she would need to call me back. I told her that I would call her back on Monday, October 28, 2013. I called customer service the morning of October, 28, 2013. The rep acted that same way the person did on when I initially spoke to them on October 25, 2013 and told me the same thing. "My order was being shipped out of the California warehouse but there was no tracking number listed." The California location was not open yet but the customer service rep said she would call me back around noon. Needless to say, I never received a call back and called them later that evening. I got the same excuse for the third time in which she said that she would call me back. I told her "NO! I want my order canceled and my debit card refunded immediately." She said ok. But I didn't believe that she would do it. I also sent an email to [email protected] and told them what happened. I demanded my order to be cancelled and wanted a refund and told them that I would not accept any packages from them after the fact." I called back on October 30, 2013 to verify that my order was cancelled because I hadn't received an email. I was given the run around again and was told that the order was being mailed to their location and then it would be mailed to me. I told her I wanted my order cancelled immediately. She said "she would have to talk with ther supervisor and I should hear something soon. If not, I could call back." Review: I placed an order on 11/12/2014. My order number is [redacted]. I ordered seven items total. Six of the items were hair care products and the seventh was a wig ([redacted], [redacted] Wig, Human Hair valued at $49.95). They forgot to pack one of the hair care product and reimbursed me for that item. My complaint is they were also supposed to ship a wig I ordered with the hair care products. It showed it shipped but was not included with the hair care products. However, on my shipping receipt an employee from House of Beauty wrote on my shipping receipt that the wig would ship the next following week. I waited a week and no wig. I tried calling customer service numerous times to inquire about the wig and the phone is always busy. I tried contacting them by email numerous times telling them about my missing wig and got no response. In the last email, that I sent on 12/14/2014 I included a phone number to reach me and even attached a copy of the shipping receipt showing what the employee wrote on the receipt to prove I was not defrauding them for a free item and still no one has contacted me back.Desired Settlement: I want House of Beauty to issue a refund for the value of the wig plus tax to my credit card.

I was told by customer service to return the items via [redacted] and I could exchange them or receive store credit. Review: I placed an order on June 5, I received a UPS delivery confirmation tracking number , which was scheduled to be delivered on June 10th, I was not home at the time

Of delivery so I contacted UPS customer article at 6pm and requested to pick up the package at the UPS main office and I was advised I could do so. The following day I was was advised by UPS that at approximately 612pm on June 10th the sender requested the item be shipped back. By the morning of June 11, the package was already in transit back to the sender. I contacted house of beauty and spoke to [redacted] and explained to him that UPS advised me someone from there company requested the package be sent back, and since they have a contract with the sender... The sender has authority to request this. [redacted] called me back 646 pm and advised me that I would not be refunded for my total price he said that I would be responsible for the shipping cost. He states he doesn't know who made the request to have the package sent back he would be refunding me for the package plus shipping. I advised him that UPS states that the packaged was returned because of a request made by the shipper and he stated that I would not receive a refund for my shopping cost even though I was not at fault,Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund to the tune of 30.30 which includes the 8.45 cost of shipping since I never made any request to cancel or return shipping.

Review: I have recieved an order (order # [redacted]) that I placed online today via USPS. The product was [redacted] Pure Tea Tree 32oz. (Item #[redacted]). My issue is that when I took the product out of the shipping box I noticed that the bottle was not completely filled. There were sud bubbles at the top of the fluid in the bottle as if someone tried to add water to it. (Or the could be a result of the box being thrown around during shipment?? But what bothered me the most is that there was no seal in between the bottle cap and bottle. There was also no seal over the top of the bottle cap? I have ordered similar products from other websites, however after further examination, I was just afraid to use product at all. I will return this item via USPS today and I am seeking a full refund. I attempted to call these numbers (in which the mailbox was full) ###-###-#### and ###-###-####. I was given the ###-###-#### number after speaking with a female at ###-###-#### 11:38am.(today). After reading poor reviews about this company online, I don't think that I will be doing business with them again. Apparently they are really hard to get ahold of as other complaints stated the voice mail boxes are always full and no one answers the phone.
