We sent her product out to the original addressIt came back to us, which is not our foughtIt was returned no person at this addressWe have no problem resending them itemBut we will not allow a client to send of the same emails because we aren't aswering quick enough for her at 6am! If she sends over the new address we will resend the original order

I ordered two items back in July- has never been shipped and the other was too smallI asked for a larger size and they said they did not carry the sizeI was told they would refund my orderThat was weeks agoI have not received any credit but have shipped back my clothing itemsWhen I contact them about the refund, they then say they do not refundI then have to tell them that they didn't have my size and was offered a refund and they say they have to get permissionthen I never hear anything, I email for an update and then the same events happen all over again where they claim they have to put in a requestI have been waiting for months now to have some resolution with this companyI am extremely frustratedI just want refunded for my order since item hasn't even shipped and the other is way too small
