incorrect! When I go to the tracking number provided by the company it still shows that the package is still in pre-shipment and there is no further informationSo if the post office lost the package as they say they ASSUME , then they must be using a non existent post office as I have no record of a a package delivered stillAt this point I will wait until friday which gives the "post office" time to deliver , after that I will expect a full refund from this so called companyThey should not be in business!

the shipment number provided in the response from House of Labels was for ONE item which is in any event, the wrong item. I did not order and do not want a grey playsuit. In addition, the grey playsuit was sent after House of Labels had promised on a number of occasions to send me a refund and then never refunded me.

She has been refunded via PayPal to the email address she provided for 50.00 dollars. This compliant has been resolved.
