We have sold atleast 80 of these dresses it looks identical to the picture. We do all exchanges so if she doesn't like it she can send it back got an exchange but we do refunds.

I do not accept this offer. In addition to the dress NOT Being the same dress displayed on the website. I received my dress over a month after I ordered it. The website says that deliveries take between 7-18 business days and that tracking comes with each order. In this case, I did not receive my tracking information until I filed a complaint after 18 days with my credit card company as I did not receive my tracking. The website also says that if you are not able to send the order the customer should receive a full refund. I should not have to go through all these measures just to receive a dress that was falsely advertised on your website anyway.

This does not address where the remainder of my shipment is, or when it will be received. U received an email 3 days ago saying it will be shipped tomorrow yet have not received a tracking number or shipment confirmation

disputed the charge with my credit card company. I've reached out to them several times requesting this order be cancelled and they did not cancel it. This company is a fraud and I don't recommend anyone to do business with them.

The boots being two of the same foot was a mistake she can send them back and we can send her the correct one. Please ask her to give us a call we had about 6 people who were switched. We sent out 140 pairs that day.

This item was explained it was pre order and on back order when she purchased it. We can refund her, but we did everything in this case we wed suppose to do including responding to emails and helping with her questions.

I was not told this was on back order when I ordered it. They responded after I filed a complaint saying that my item would be shipped on the 18th of November and I would receive a tracking number once it ships. I still do not have a tracking number nor merchandise. I would like my money refunded immediately. I do not wish to do business with them. I can spend my money elsewhere. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter on November 2nd. I ordered it on Oct. 12th. I could have walked to pick this up faster than the service I received. They never answer the phone, and it took days to get a response from emails. I am totally done with this. I want my money refunded immediately.

The customer paid for an item in June of last year for 118.00 dollars. We sent the item 3 weeks after she ordered it and send tracking for the product was sent. From our notes is seems as if the address she gave to us was incorrect and the package came back undeliverable.  We can give her...

a store credit for the 118.00 dollar she spent, we cannot refund her for a order that was placed over a year ago due to problems with the address she listed.

Order was already refunded via PayPal. The email that she to us to refund her was :[redacted]@icloud.com, we refunded her 34.50. Not sure if she hasn't checked it.

Hello We have reached out to this client a few times the email we had on file is not the same as listed in this complaint. I have sent her another email with instructions for refunding her.
