that they provided was only for 1 item. I order 7 items. The item that shipped was sent after the 7-18 business days that was stated on their site and because of the delay I did not receive the item in time for the event that the items were purchased for. I just obtained the item from my leasing office and will return the item for a full return. There is no reason that I still have an unfulfilled order almost 3 months after the items were purchased. I do not want store credit and I do not want the merchandise anymore, I want my money back.

Their response is a LIE. I have email proof to dispute their claims that they ever shipped ANYTHING to me, that they lied more than once about shipping anything to me, and that I NEVER requested to have my shipment split in half as they're alleging.
There has to be something illegal about a business being able to steal money and shutting down a complaint about their thieving just by lying about it now to a government agency.

Hello The amount that was spent was 30.95 not the amount that she has listed below. We cannot refund that card because it is no longer on file, we can send her a money order or give her a store credit for that amount.
