The ONLY reason I am accepting this response is because I have gotten my monies back from calling my Bank
I wish there was an option here to attach my screenshot of the response I got when I told them to send my order or give me a refundSince I cannot, here is the quote: "We aren't refunding you because it clearly says we don't do refundshowever I will ship your item out today along with a free item for the delay."

She was refunded and she was shipped some of the items out of the orderThis complaint has been resolvedI called and left her a voicemail and confirmed via email she was refunded

I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken to *** and another store rep several times, each telling me that the situation will be handledI spoke with *** again 06/29/after she left a message and she stated that she was going to personally take care of the refund and submit a refund via PayPal after we got off the phone and It would be it posted to the PayPal account that nightI checked my paypal this morning (06/30/2016) and this evening 5:20pm and no refund had been issued to me like promisedEvery time I speak with a representative they state that they will take care of the refund and issue it to me via PayPal and provide me with a date and when that date comes there is still no refund givenThe representatives offered me additional money towards a future purchase instead of a refundI declined the future use credit and just requested for the refundThey stated that they can not send a money order or issue my refund on the debit card that I purchased the items from because of a switch in their system and they could only refund the money via PayPalI agreed to accept the money via PayPal but have yet to receive the refundThis purchase was made 03/01/and it is now 06/30/and I am stil struggling with this company for a simple refundAll I want is my money back so that I can be done with this situation because it is now becoming more of a stressful burden and it's very frustrating to have to deal with something like this al this time and still can not have my issue resolvedEvery time a representative calls me about my complaint to the Revdex.com, I call back and speak to someone in hopes of making a resolution.All of this is done while I am busy at work, so stopping to handle something that's hours have been taking care of a long time ago is disturbingI like to support small businesses and do not like to give anyone a hard timeAll I want is my refund and they will never have to hear from me againI only found this business because it was on an ad that Instagram featured on their site, never would I have imagined the problems that would have come for clicking the link and purchasing from the website*** was very professional and politeThe original representative that I spoke with was rude and made me feel like I was the problem because I contacted the Revdex.comAfter so long of reaching out to a business about a purchase made 02/01/comes to the point where the consumer has no other options left to reconcile the issueI will restate that all I would like is to finally receive my refund and put this issue and this company behind meI will really be mindful of who I shop with before spending any money with a business in the future

because:The response to my complaint is completely and utterly falseI have attached multiple screenshots proving thisPlease see attached screenshots: 1) order confirmation on House of Labels website, stating no where that my order was on "pre order" 2) email confirmation from House of Labels, again no where stating that my order was on "pre order" 3) email stating my order should be shipped/deliverd within two weeks - from that date 5/16, I should've received it on 6/14) email with first mention of pre order stating my item should ship no later "than Tuesday of next week"- that would have been 6/7 5) my response to the whole pre order nonsense, email states I should have my item "next week" which is now THIS week. 6) email asking for shipping tracking number, as any legimiate business provides with items that are ordered online, to which was not responded to. final) the response from House of Labels stating that I've been the one not understanding this process. The fact of the matter is, every time I inquire about my item, the timeline of delivery gets pushed back and/or the reason changesI have read hundreds, literally, hundreds of reviews on both the Revdex.com and Google about House of Labels never fulfilling orders OR refunds so forgive me if I"m not overly inclined to ask for my money back being as it's been such a hassle to just get the suit that I PAID MONEY FOR.That said- House of Labels, I say this to you- If I do not receive my item by the end of this week I will seek legal counsel.
