I am rejecting this response because: The only problem with the address was that the unit number was not listed when I called to have it re sent out I never received itI never received anything at all after that first deliveryI do not want store credit because the way they treated me was horrible. And if I was not allowed a refund then I shouldn't have been told that I would receive one via pay pal and then to call a month later to have them tell me it's too late. When I didn't receive the package after the first months I started calling the company once a weekI was completely unable to get through to them to even request a refundI do not want to settle for store credit at allIt only took a year because of absolute poor customer serviceI would like a refund and nothing else

Hello We emailed the customer and let her know the only way we can refund her because she is international is via PaypalShe explained she doesn't have paypal so we told her she could get a store credit to choose other itemWe are waiting for a response

this response because: I wasn't told until yesterday via email that they would only give store credit they didn't tell me anything of this nature last weekI was told maybe two weeks ago that they were sorry for the inconviencne and my money would be sent to meThey didn't tell me about store credit until yesterdayThey never even contacted me to tell me the coat was sold out the only reason I found out about that was because I emailed themI've been lied to over and over by this company and I feel the least they can do is refund me my money I don't want to purchase any items from them with store credit or my own money ever againThis is ridiculousIf they never wanted to give me my money they could've said store credit back in February & March but they continued to tell me all the way up until June that my check was on its way I have several emails that I'm trying to send to the Revdex.com.

We responded to this client earlier today and last weekWe cannot grant a refund we can however give her a store credit for the amount she spent plus dollars to use with the store and ship items offWe have emailed her we are waiting on a response

We have called *** serval times and left messagesI *** *** also did it today at 2;20pm cst to try to resolve the issue, we are waiting for a response

The customer item was recievedShe claimed thst she was sent the wrong sizeWhich is not uncommon when hundreds of packages are being sent outWe have stated to her that we would refund her for shipping it back because it was our faught but we will not grant a refund because we have the item in
stockWe have debated back and forth for weeksWe are willing to refund her dollars for her shipping and send back the correct size

want to accept our return policy which makes her able to exchange her item for whatever she sees on our site but we don't do refundsAgain we will not refund but we have no problem sending her product we have in stock
