Our website states pre orders on the swimsuit she purchased. We also explained to her that the item would ship by Monday of next week the 20th. We have no problem refunding her, but she failed to read our shipping policy and description.

I ordered two items back in July- 1 has never been shipped and the other was too small. I asked for a larger size and they said they did not carry the size. I was told they would refund my order. That was 4 weeks ago. I have not received any credit but have shipped back my clothing items. When I contact them about the refund, they then say they do not refund. I then have to tell them that they didn't have my size and was offered a refund and they say they have to get permission. then I never hear anything, I email for an update and then the same events happen all over again where they claim they have to put in a request. I have been waiting for 4 months now to have some resolution with this company. I am extremely frustrated. I just want refunded for my order since 1 item hasn't even shipped and the other is way too small.

The dress is not the same. I can attach a picture of the dress they have up on the website and a picture of the dress they sent me. I want my money back. It's fraud to promote an item that your company is not selling. This company sent me a replica and it is not the same dress they have up on the website.
