Our policy states that all orders can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. If she doesnt like the item she can send it back for an exchange as long as its within the 30 days. We cannot refund her when she recieved product.

We have been on contact with this client. We sent her a money order on Monday with a tracking number because she wanted to cancel her order. Due to our new system we could not refund her credit card because if was not on file, we made this very clear to her, she should receive it by Monday.

this response because:
I told them that I have paypal because I created a paypal account especially for this refund, then I sent two e-mails, the first one to join them my e-mail, (The email address associated with your paypal account is only one information which the seller needs.) an information that they already had. I was not given an answer, then I sent the second e-mail to inform them that I also sent them refund requests directly via paypal, which also remained unanswered and never they mentioned to me that I can get store credit to choose other item, and I do not want it. I just want to be refund.

I didn't realize I missed some information before I submitted the complaint. I would like to add the following information: Order [redacted] was also mailed back to the store and I never received a refund for that item either. The quality was bad and it didn't fit. The item was returns months ago and...

still no refund. The total refund request for both items returned plus shipping will be $124. Thank you [redacted]

Hello, I am unsure about the current status of my complaint - the last message said the business was waiting on my paypal information to process a refund - they were already given my paypal information. However, can you please give my paypal information to the business again to process my refund ? Thank you

This complaint has been resolved, I just received the refund of $34.50.

We refunded her 23 dollars for the cost of the two bathing suits she purchased.

That is false, they never responded, and absolutely did not offer any refund. They deflect every time we have talked to them and say "it's on the way". Please advise

Dec 15. Then, I received a call regarding my Revdex.com complaint from the company representative who mentioned to do the refund to my paypal account for $111 since I spent for shipping costs three times for wrong item previously received and now with this last order. I am still waiting for my refund since it has been received yet.I appreciate your efforts and attention on this matter.

Hello THe consumer ordered a pre order boot that explains can take up to 4-5 weeks to ship out because the are custom made. We have refunded the client because of the lack of knowledge about the item. The problem has been completed.

We have contacted the customer to come out with a resolution. We cannot refund anything that far back due to being on a different system.
