I am surprised you are still in business. I am not "now saying" that the laptop is not working. This is a fact, the laptop which I purchased from YOU is not working only 6 months after purchase. Your customer service is awful and blaming the client and trying to imply that this is somehow my fault is very horrible customer service. It is very simple, I purchased something from you that not only is malfunctioning but it is not working altogether. It won't go past the login screen. I am happy to share photos or videos of the issue so you can stop trying to imply that I am lying. Shame on you for trying to imply that.

I am not trying to hurt your business or anything, I will drop this complaint and move on. The only thing I want before I drop the complaint, is my full refund for my latest return I sent back. It is featured on our website at [redacted] The product illustration there shows a boxed product the contents of which include the protection plan and instructions showing how the customer should register it with [redacted]. We regret the customer overlooked this and failed to complete the registration process. We do carry [redacted]Care plans with an auto-registration feature. For those, our product description says, "Your Mac Pro is automatically registered with [redacted]Care." The product the customer purchased and received does not include this feature.  We cannot now cancel this transaction and will not issue a refund or store credit.-- Henry P[redacted]B&H Photo-Video

B & H denies that the computer I received was refurbished and not new.  After the failure of this computer, upon taking it to the computer specialist, it was evident to him that the insides were not as originally manufactured.  Prior to our purchase, someone had opened into the computer.  The outside screws were always loose.  Then when our computer tech found the inside screws not up to manufacturing tightness, as well as the outer piece between the screen and keyboard not installed properly - he knew the truth.  The computer's motherboard and board to the hard drive have failed.  This computer was sold under the guise that is was straight from a manufacturer, and it was not.  The money we gave this company, may as well have been thrown in the trash.B & H needs to be held accountable for what has happened, even thought they are currently showing no intentions of giving us any reparations in this matter.  The truth is that they need to figure out why this happened and get to the bottom of it in their own company.  Their problem should not be our problem or any customer's in the future.

As per your attachment with the image, that is not the page I ordered from, as I had mentioned if anyone cares to listen/look. Nowhere on this screenshot does the information about being "APS-C" appear here, nowhere! Terrible business practices for $15.00. I have read other reviews elsewhere and I wish I had delved a bit deeper before purchasing from here. I have better prices and better service in some other places but I thought I would give this business a chance. Never again. I have attached the screenshot showing the clear lack of information.

I checked 180+ other purchases made here during January and February for the same computer and all were made at the same price this customer paid. The customer claims, "This also doesn't excuse there being no reply to the multiple attempted contacts," but the customer service log for this transaction shows no previous correspondence from this customer for this transaction.The customer said, "I mentioned that I'd like to return the MacBook," but this overlooks our return policy which states "Nonreturnable Items ... Opened computers and computer software — original packaging cannot be unsealed."The customer said, "Also, now that I'm looking further, I was charged tax ($35.91)" He is entirely mistaken. We did not collect sales tax. He is in Arkansas and we have no authority to collect sales tax for an order shipped there. I would like to return it for a refund, I already told you that. The computer is new, there is no reason for you to refuse the return. Plus the most recent email from your customer service department is stating that I will be receiving a refund. Please see a opy below. You mention that you sent a prepaid return shipping label, but I have not received it yet. Please provide the time when you sent it. The only thing I received today is this email (text only, no label) at 9:35 AM, but I don't need the label, I can send it myself, please confirm I will be getting a refund. Copy of today's email is below:Hello [redacted], my name is Nick W: I am so sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.Our website does note that we do not accept computers back once they have been opened. I did not receive the product on October [redacted] as stated by the business.  In clarification, this was not a free product, it was free-with-purchase. As part of my purchase of the other product, this product was to be included.  It is not optional for the company to deliver this product to me because it was free, I purchased the other product with the understanding that this product would be included.  The product I did not receive is valued at $79.99 as listed on their website [redacted].  I am requesting that B&H either 1) Deliver the product I ordered, 2) Provide me with the amount for the value of the software $79.99, or 3) Provide me with a store credit in the amount of the value of the software $79.99.

The attitude reflected in the response from B&H shows that B&H has absolutely no interest in what I have brought to their attention, as nothing was done to research or verify (or dispute) any of my claims. Garmin were, like most similar rebates, subsidized by Samsung USA. When a price drops this much and the product is accompanied by an auxiliary item retailing for 79.99, it is apparent the retailer cannot support those prices unless assisted by the distributor.When we made this offer we expected Samsung to continue to support it and are as dismayed as you are that they cannot now do so and have discontinued the TV in question. I understand that you believe the monitor was brand new and all your data says it to be so but upon opening the box and removing the monitor out of the box I can hear something rattling inside the monitor as well as puncture holes in the back where the monitor stand would be. To me this would indicate that it is not a brand new monitor and that it was used in some way shape or form. Whether you received it from the company as such I don't know but to me I did not receive a new monitor. From my perspective, I feel cheated and deceived because the box looked brand new and nothing out of the ordinary until I take out the monitor. If your claim that the monitor is in fact brand new I would like to know why there would be something rattling inside as well as why there are puncture holes in the back where the monitor stand would go. I regret not taking pictures of the monitor as I would be able to upload it here so you could see it.I understand that when I placed the order the monitor was on back order and that I would receive it later. That was fine as my project did not start yet and I have time to wait. Upon receiving the monitor there was a defect with it so I RMA'd the monitor. No fault on anyone as it happens but upon sending it back I had to wait another month as the monitor was again on back order which wasn't communicated to me either but that was fine as you didn't have stock, no way around it. But finally when I received it again, I receive what seems to me a used monitor. I've shipped the monitor off this morning and I would appreciate receiving it sooner rather than later.

The fact that my order was cancelled and the item is no longer "discontinued" (and not "on backorder") and is in stock now because my order was cancelled?! Hmm... and now if I want it, that I will.need to place an order again at a higher price?? The dispute was for not receiving item yet, and was a place holder for my $549.99 that I had already paid to the company. But the company decides to cancel my order instead of fulfilling it because it obviously in stock now, but at $849.99?? Yes, I would still like the item at the original ordered price of $549.99, and not $849.99. I did NOT request a cancellation of my order at all, the company made that decision; therefore I want the item at the $549.99 price.
