Thank you for your response and for your time. While I understand the sentiment of your response, it does not explain why your advertisement was left in place beyond the expiration of the offer. This, in itself, if misleading regardless of whatever policy Nikon has in place at the time. In essence, you need to remove the ad from your website once it expires.

I just visited the site and I saw that all the components are now listed for that specific product in the product description (not in an "in the box" tab which I was never able to find when I first visited the site to purchase the camera). In order to protect other customers, the same should be done with every product on the site. When I searched ROAM2 just now on the website, I saw another Contour ROAM2 camera advertised right underneath it which had not been revised to include the contents of the package. Fixing one advertisement, for one specific camera, out of the thousands they have on the site does not protect other consumers, it only protects the consumers who go to buy this specific camera. The [redacted] package tracking site confirms this, reporting, "08/**/2017 7:17 P.M. (ET). Order Processed: Ready for [redacted]." We regret [redacted]'s subsequent and uncharacteristic lapse caused the customer's inconvenience."Expedited" is a B&H term for a range of shipping service options. It is not a [redacted] or [redacted] term. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because the picture that B and H sent as a response to this compliant was not the picture and information that was displayed on their website when I purchased the item.   I have a picture of the item that I ordered on my confirmation email and it is different than the picture sent by the seller.  I also thing that it is a little shady that they would present a picture different then was represented on the day I purchased the item.  I will included my copy of the invoice on which was represented on their website .

As I argued before, it is not a warranty issue, rather the company sold me a fake product. I attached 3 pictures here: one is the receipt, one is the label inside the phone under the battery, the other the screen shot of the phone status page. The serial number on the label matches the serial number on the phone status page, however, the IMEI number does not match, indicating it is not an authentic phone. The serial number on the receipt does not match the serial number on the label, rather it is the same as the IMEI number on the label. This is another sign of fake phone. And this may explain the discrepancy that the company claims it is an unlocked phone while cell phone carriers said it is a locked phone.I request a full refund because it is not an authentic product.
