I am rejecting this response because:  I would like to wait a few days to see if the calls have actually stopped.

Although we respectfully disagree, we have closed the account in our office and returned it to the original creditor. A confirmation letter has been requested. It will be mailed directly to the consumer. We trust this resolves this matter. Sincerely,Consumer Affairs on behalf of IC System, Inc.

I am rejecting this response because:
We have already completed this information. We did everything we were asked to do... everything. We sent in every single document required over 2 years ago. We have explained this to IC Systems in depth, but no one on their end wants to do the leg work; just want to have us sending in the same documents over and over again. [redacted] is over 60 years old and has been at the same address for almost 27 years... have been with AT&T for all cable, phone, Internet and cell phone for many years. Why would he possibly try to get cable somewhere else? We did not do this! This is so exhausting. People please do your own legwork and look at the information that has already been sent. You all just do not care and feel you can just do what you want to people. This fraud packet was completed in detail, filed police report, completed Identify Theft Report on Government website over 2 years ago. IC System is just trying to take advantage of a situation and collect monies for their own pockets. But, it's the wrong one. We are not going to continued to be bullied. Please just simply contact [redacted].. .do whatever you need to do. Just please end this matter. Thanks so much for all you help Revdex.com.

certainly apologize for any inconvenience the consumer may have been caused. On March 4, 2017 the account was placed with IC System for collection. As previously noted, on March 22, 2017, the original creditor recalled the account and IC System ceased all collection activity on the account. Rest assured IC System, Inc. did not report the account to any credit reporting agency. Additional questions related to it, can be addressed directly to the original creditor.
