The volume of calls was far too high for all these customers to have the wrong numberSomeone at your business is clearly giving the wrong number out, and the number in question is a disconnected number VoIP numbers used in auto-dialers don't take inbound calls automatically, they need to be set up correctly to do soYou can't just use a DID at random and hope that inbounds can be receivedNot sure what dialer you're using Marking this as accepted because we've opted to just change our own DIDNot worth the stress

They sent me a tracking number on Monday 1/18/16, I called them to ask them why they did that, seeing I cancelled the order on Thursday 1/14/I told them that I cancelled the order on Thursday, the rep said, I did not cancel the orderI talked to the supervisor, his name was ***, employee number [redacted] he said I did not cancel the order on Thursday alsoI told [redacted] I wanted my money back and, that they should have never sent the package out [redacted] said, he would be sent out that day, I did receive an email that night (Monday 1/18/16) stating that my refund was being sent out, [redacted] clamed I should receive it by Tuesday, I checked my account and my refund did show up on wed 1/20/There is to much hassle with this company, I will never deal with NGOA again

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meIt is very unfortunate that a company refuses to refund a customers money because of their unclear terms!There is no way on God's Green Earth that I will ever do business with this company again!I am sure from other complaints on this company that I've seen there are many more people in this same boat!Now if they will only remove me from their email list I will be happy!
