March 26, Ms [redacted] Revdex.com Post Office Box Columbus Georgia Re: Revdex.com Case # [redacted] Dear Ms [redacted] Receipt of the above styled complaint is hereby acknowledgedWe have reviewed Ms [redacted] s’ response to our letter Pursuant to the Cardholder Agreement, the Card carries restrictions on use, and we monitor and review accounts on a daily basis to prevent fraud and to protect our cardholders’ and their funds In this case, on February 27, 2015, we received an alert relating to international activity associated with the account When our fraud representative received the alert and reviewed the account, the representative observed that the international activity was followed by a domestic ACH load, the first such load to this particular account, and then by another transaction with an international merchant The close proximity of these transactions raised concerns with the fraud representative and, in accordance with our procedures, prompted us to request documentation that would both verify the identity of the cardholder and of the suspicious transactions We received the requested documentation on March 5, 2015, and have not located any records indicating that the documents were provided prior to March 5, The hold on this account was lifted the following day, and Ms [redacted] s resumed using the card on March 6, To the extent that Ms [redacted] s raises concerns regarding her ability to withdraw money at a bank on March 7, 2015, our review of our system shows that the bank requested preauthorization for the funds and our system transmitted approval for the transaction We do not have information about why the funds were not provided to Ms [redacted] s by the bank at that time The balance remaining on Ms [redacted] s’ card is currently $ We hope that you will find this a satisfactory resolutionThank you for bringing this to our attention Please call if you have questions or if I may be of further service I remain, Sincerely, [redacted] Chief Operating Officer ITC Financial Licenses, Inc Brookstone Centre Pkwy, Suite Columbus, Georgia
