Makes no sense, even envolving the Police ? Paypal Mycash cards do not provide the service they advertiseInstead of being able to transfer funds, ITC has the funds and I am unable to get back what is mine, which is 500USD

I was told it will take to weeks to recieve this refundThat was just sent on MondayI dont want a refund from themI want to be able to use that money on that card specifically for a certain purchase on vista vapors and be doneThis has gone way too farI have tried to get a hold of them through email and I suppose if I took the time to register this card I wouldnt be having these issuesBefore I impulsively said yes use it as a one time cardNow I have to consider this money as a loss pretty much if they are sending a check because I WILL NOT SEE ITI WILL NOT BE AT THAT ADRESS AFTER JUNE my day of treatment is upI shouldn't have to wait anywayThis is not customer satisfactionTo be told a million different thingsThen the Revdex.com gets involved and then you say a totally different thingYou say you just finally recieve documents but a're issuing a refundAre doing the exact opposite of what I wantedI need this money to make a purchase onlineI am very disgusted with myvanillaI believe there is a way you can reactivate my cardOr transfer the money to another myvanilla card or somethingThis has gone on for way too longI see some complaints that people that have open disputes that didnt cancel have to wait over a monthThis is ridiculousI just want my card reactivated Regards, [redacted]

I have no way of knowing how much is left on the card, other than taking their word for it, and I do not trust them
