I received a Vanilla Visa Gift card for Christmas worth $The card hasn't worked since I received itI contacted customer service and was advised that the card wasn't activated properly at the storeCustomer service wanted my name, address, a copy of the receipt, a picture of the gift card, and my driver's licenseI declined to send the informationI gave the card back to the purchaser and they contacted Incomm (vanilla)He sent over his personal info and it took days for the card to be activatedNeedless to say, the card is now activated but I still can't use itSeveral websites and stores declined my transactionsI basically have $on a gift card that I can't useThis company is fraudulentPlease don't purchase these cardsCash is best
