I bought a Vanilla gift Mastercard as a Xmas giftThe recipient was told "not activated" at the store I have the receipt and the store tried to help,and was told by card co everything taken care ofWhen I tried to get balance on line, the "system was down" Finally taked to a rep and was told to email receipt to incomm and gave me a complaint conf numberReally helpful and sympatheticHah!! One problem--the email did was a phony I even tried email address at incomm website--nothingThe rub is that these vanilla gift cards are still on the racks in a lot of stores for others to get scammed
