I am rejecting this response because:1-The first $60 was refund because was paper click ,I get advise from their company to change the style of add and choose the option of receiving a resumes and sending e-mail to the right candidates .2- They started to send resumes, most the of them does not have e-mail address or phone number , you communicating with the candidates through indeed , if I have sent 350 e-mail to the candidates at least I supposed to have 200 responses and had 10 interview per week . Believe it or not we never received it respond , I even does not know if those resumes was real or scam , i even don't know if our e-mail was sent it to them or not I don't know why and how i get charge .I even reply to indeed feedback early on December 2016 that how unsatisfied I was from the side . Dealing with short staff and business I did not look at all my credit card statement and on December 18 th 2016, I figurated I was charged $350 .....!!!!????3- I called them, my first question was if I sent 350 e-mail to the candidates why I have not find employee , their answer just was they don't know ...!!!!! .I even asked them to e-mail me back the feedback which I submitted to them as a proof of their poor performance , they refused .4- I request to get refund of $350 which is not for paper click is for sending the email to the candidates , which I don't know how they came out with this number and with this charge , the site is completely confusing , I don't know if my e-mails was sent to candidates or not , the resumes are scam .....!!! I do request also to email me the feedback which I submitted to indeed .5- Fact and result ,the result is clear answer for indeed and why I need to get refund

I am rejecting this response because: You claim that the only time someone can see my contact information is if I apply for a position with that specific company, but that’s not true because I have been receiving emails from jobs that I never applied for who say that they got my information from [redacted]. They day that they are contacting me based off of a alleged job posting on [redacted], but I never applied for the position at all. How can someone get my email address or phone number if I did not apply for the job or contact the so-called company in the first place. Then you also claim that you have an entire department or whatever readily available to help with any issues or concerns regarding your site, but I have submitted a complaint before and nothing was done about it and I submitted a second complaint and it was ignored. If you honestly had a system in place that guarantees the authenticity of these companies/employers who post real jobs and are seeking real candidates, this issue would not occur. How can you let fraudulent companies slide through and not notice? If I and everyone else who is noticing the same issue, can spot a fraud then you can too. Obviously, whatever it is that you all are doing isn’t working and it doesn’t make it any better that you don’t even acknowledge it, instead you act like it’s nothing you can do about it and that your policies are supposed to prevent it from happening. It just makes [redacted] look like a very untrustworthy site, and if that’s what you all are okay with The I guess you will continue to ignore the complaints just as you’ve been doing. By the way, I have received 2 emails today from more fraudulent people who say that they are writing me about a position that I didn’t apply to and that they also got my information from [redacted], and I just submitted the complaint to the Revdex.com yesterday.

I am rejecting this response because:The response from [redacted] is not factual at all - it is another lie. I have attached documents to this response showing me being billed throughout this perios, I can provide every detail for being billed from 2016 and every month in 2017 until July. Also, My Law Firm has made multiple attempts to get contact from Indeed and they will not respond. I attached a certified demand for response which has not been responded to. (We haven't began any legal proceedings yet, which is why I've been directed to use Revdex.com to see if we can get a response first)...and low and behold within 12 hours we get a response because Indeed now doesn't want this in the public domain!!! And the response was poor and false.1. My account was created and I was billed for candidates and my account was cancelled without any warning and without any contact. No one reached out to me, I reached out to indeed multiple times. I have the email chains, and proof via certified letters from my law firm as well. I was never able to speak to anyone other than the first line on the phone call - ever. I've only been told send an appeal to the appeals team, which is solely a 'button' on an email and told that the decision is final - but not given any reason other than 'routine verification checks'. I sent my PRIVATE, PERSONAL information to you. My driver's license, my tax returns, my article's of incorporation and jumped through every hoop asked (after you had taken over $1,000 on my credit card). Finally I even changed my ad to an EXACT copy of other ads that were and still are running on the site.....but have NEVER been able to contact anyone other than the ordertakers on the phone, even after asking for escalation.Further 2: Indeed sent ME a marketing letter to apply to the site again last week!!!! - See attached - what is going on here!!!!Attached: Certified Letter received by Indeed sent by my LawFirm - you can track it with the Post Office tracking letter on top of the letter on the Post Office Web Site.Copy of some of the bills to my credit card by Indeed - they have billed my every month from 2016 to July 2017. I can provide all details if needed.I have the emails from Indeed, and you'll see that my company and my ad is EXACTLY legit and the same as other ads that were being run at that time and are still running now. I have saved all the [redacted] Cached searches and web pages. This is ridiculous - I have paid for a product (Candidates Names and Numbers) that are deposited into the portal on your website, I was billed for them, paid for them, you have them - and I can't get them. That is theft. I'm demanding that you refund my money or give me the product I paid for.
