Complaint* ***
I am rejecting this response on the basis that my request for a simple phone conversation with an "appropriate" Indeed.com representative has been denied I am now left with the impression of Indeed.com reverse discriminating against an older white-family owned business I insist on a good faith expression of customer service by having someone in their regulations department contact me I consider this matter unresolved.

Hello *** and the Revdex.com, We reached out to our Legal team and they informed us that they did respond to the clients inquiryThe *** tracking number is ***, and our team received a *** receipt that it was delivered on October 2ndIn addition, Indeed works on a cost-per-click basisThe client is paying for every click that is made on his advertisement not for the candidates that have appliedOur team has also taken precautionary measures to ensure he no longer receives additional marketing mailAs stated in our previous message to the client our team explained to him on two separate occasions that his postings would not be granted visibility on Indeed but, accounts were still created and jobs were still set up with budgetsAs a service was still provided to the client while his postings were live on Indeed we consider this issue resolved.Best,***

Hi *** and the Revdex.com, We apologize for the poor experience and we’re happy to explainOur team has advised you that in order for your advertisements to be granted visibility on the site you will need to remove the following verbiage: “and earn a six figure income." and "who would like to
make in excess of six figures annually." This verbiage does not clarify that the job is commission only nor does it provide a concrete hourly or salaried wageWe have given you the option to post your positions without this terminology for visibility on IndeedPer our guidelines, listings that prove to be misleading or compromise the job seeker experience may be made only selectively visible or removed from organic search results altogetherWe always retain the right to undertake such the removal of any job, organic or sponsored, if we feel it is in our interest or our users’ interestIf you choose to remove this terminology from your ad we would be happy to work with you to get these jobs live on IndeedSince we have proposed a solution to get your jobs live on Indeed we consider this complaint resolved. Best,***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I never would have had to go through all of this trouble and nonsense if it wasn't for IndeedThey are wanting me to contact my bank for fraudulent charges to my accountWell, that much I knewHowever, these fraudulent charges came directly from them not some random strangerIf it wasn't from Indeed, I would have many other charges that would have appeared on my accountThere weren't any, besides the ones charged by IndeedWhat is going to occur to know that this will not happen again? How do I know that they no longer have my account information? That is my worryI could have figured out the information they told me on my ownThis company is absolutely ridiculous, complete fraud, and a major waste of time

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I didn't get a fair response since it doesn't make sense that "city" jobs would bring up personal stranger homes that were only sent by specifically and were only house cleaning sent emails to me every day when I had been off the website periodThe emails sent were totally inappropriately which I saved as proff that they were dubiousI was on their years ago and I never came across this odd situation with it seemed desperalty seeking private homes and after I started recognizing these strange postings and emails directly to my email adress I removed my resume for house cleaning companies only I did do a wider band search at the beginning to see if their were other partime jobs inbetween while I searched and was hired from a house cleaning company and I applied with few companies and I was not contactected yet theses companies were still on the website wanting to hire workers so that made it more confusing and frustrating on why this was all happening to meI went on Indeed.com to find a second job to have stability with a companyI had optimism but gave up and now Im very unsatisfied with the response with the vaguely explainations that made no sense which didnt relate to my initial complaintThey didn't explain why this situation over time even happened to me in the first place.

Revdex.com and ***,We apologize for the experience that you had with receiving job recommendations from us that were not applicable to your experienceWe looked into your account, and determined there were several Job Alerts set up within the accountThe Job Alerts set up were for food service,
hospitality, house cleaning, and city jobsSpecifically, the Job Alert set up for "city jobs" may have been the one that was bringing in inaccurate recommendations, as this is a very broad search and can include many different types of positions that include the keyword "city"We've since canceled all of the Job Alerts set up within the associated account, and have also verified that your resume has been removedIf there is anything else that we can do to help, please feel free to reach out to us at ***.Kind Regards,***

Hello *** and the Revdex.com, We apologize for the poor experience and we’d be happy to explainWe see that you had chatted our team on July 18th, to discuss budgetsBefore the chat was ended the representative did inform you that the budget was recurring and it would need to be
closed in order to stop accruing chargesThen on August 23rd, your “Construction Project Manager” position was created with a $daily budget and no end date was selectedAgain, since this is a recurring budget the job continued to spendWe see a call was then placed to our Customer Support line and our representative offered job description tips to help with candidate qualityHowever, these updates were not made to the job descriptionSince we do not have control over candidates who apply we always provide these suggestions to help your job perform better and deter unqualified candidates from applying. You then contacted our team again on November 3rd, 2017, with questions about billingA member of our team left a voicemail and sent a follow up email requesting time to speak over the phone on November 6th, This email went unansweredLastly, several calls were placed to our Customer Support line over the past few daysOur team explained the budget that was selected and how the charges were accruedOn December 6th, you had accepted the $worth of free clicksOverall, our team had made several attempts to assist with the performance of your positionIn addition, since free clicks have already been applied to the account we cannot issue a refundFor this reason, we consider this issue resolved. Best,***

Hello *** and the Revdex.com, We apologize for the poor experience and we’re happy to explain what happened hereUpon further investigation of your account, we see that you were granted a $promotional creditIn order to stop accruing charges on Indeed, either an end-date must be set, or the
job must be manually closedSince no end-date was selected the job continued to spend once the credit amount was exceededWe see that you recently spoke with one of our representatives and they submitted a refund request for the amount of $This refund was approved and our representative reached out to you on February 4th, to inform you of thisSince the disputed amount has been refunded we consider this issue resolved. Best,***

Hello *** and the Revdex.com, Upon further investigation, our team noticed that three separate accounts were created over the course of the last yearA first account was created on February 29, and was rejected. A member of our team reached out to inform the client that their company and
postings would not be allowed on Indeed as they did not correlate with our Job Posting GuidelinesThe second account was created on March 1st, and again was rejectedOn September 26, a member of our team reached out again to inform the client that their company and postings would not be allowed on Indeed and this was final decisionA third account was then created on June 26, and rejected as a result of our review processA refund will not be granted as our team explained on two separate occasions that the client's positions would not be granted visibility and new accounts were still created as an attempt to get around our rules and credit card information was added. Best,***

Dear *** and the Revdex.com, We have contacted *** directly to resolve this issue with himWhile we cannot directly control which applicants apply to the client's open rolesor what their actions are after they've applied (whether or not they stay in the position, etc), we have offered to assist Abe
with his candidate quality to improve his results and also offer a $credit towards future free clicks so that we can partner with him and monitor his job performance. Kind Regards,***

Hi *** and the Revdex.com,Thank you for contacting us regarding your experienceAfter further review of your account, we see a position for a Part Time Nanny was set up on February 10thThe same day, you emailed us asking what you would be billed per monthWe responded the following day with an
email explaining your charges (see attached document) and that the job was set up on a $daily budget that would spend $by the end of the month and would reset at the end of the month unless the position was closed outWe also followed up this email with a phone call to the number associated with your account and left a message to contact us if you had any questionsWe did not hear back from you further with any questions regarding the budgetWe offered you a $free click credit as the billing was explained to you by email and a call was also placedIndeed is a self-serve product so it is the responsibility of the advertiser to log into the account and check on the budget or close the position if they do not want to continue accruing charges. This month your position has spent an additional $which is due to be billed to you on April 1stGiven this experience, we will not offer a refund for last months charges but would be happy to submit a request to credit the current balance on the account so that you do not receive further chargesPlease let us know if you would like us to proceed. Kind Regards,***

now because of all of this I cannot even find the correct resume, I had tried so hard and over and over and over again to load, upload, a reupload my resume, and there are now soooo many resumes in my file that I am all mixed up . this is due to your stupid way of making all resumes for all people look the same, which makes them look like stupid it sheep. I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO CHANGE THE FORMAT EACH AND EVERY TIME . I HAVE BEGGED AND PLEADED WITH THIS COMPANY TO PLEASE JUST UPLOAD THE CORRECT ONE AND THEY COULD NOT. IF you take a look at the way it looks it just looks DUMB ! I reject your or whatever you think to be a solution. it is NOT A SOLUTION FOR ME.
