Dear [redacted] and the Revdex.com:We have provided a refund to this client in the amount of $690.65 to clear charges associated with the part time position posted. We have reached out to the employer to let them know that this refund has been processed on Indeed's end and will take 5-7 business days to show up...

on his credit card statement. Kind Regards,[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,We have provided a refund in the amount of $851.77 to resolve this client's complaint with Indeed. We have also emailed this client directly to communicate that the refund has been applied to resolve the issue. Kind Regards,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Our company posted a standard business development/sales position, which is in no violation of Indeed's policies. Therefore, I do not accept the response as it does not substantiate the reason for denying posting access.

Revdex.com and [redacted],In order for Job Alert emails to stop coming from Indeed, they need to be canceled within the job seeker account. When we looked into the account in question, these Job Alerts were not canceled, which is why they were still being sent to the job seeker email even after not using the site for quite some time. Our Job Alerts are built to search for new jobs added that contain the key words used to set them up. Any new job created that has "city" or "job" in the description, would then be sent to from the Job Alert email address, which is why some of these may have been irrelevant. If there are any other concerns that need to be addressed, we'd be happy to help if the job seeker would like to reach out to us directly though our email at [redacted].Thank you,[redacted]

Hi [redacted]Your job on Indeed spent a total of $132.48 on Indeed. You received a full refund from us in the form of $25.41 that will be reflected on your credit card statement within 3-5 business days, and a credit to the remaining balance on your account in the amount of $107.07.Based on this outcome, we consider this issue resolved.Thank you,[redacted]

Hi [redacted] and the Revdex.com,After reviewing this account and the details provided by the client, we will not be granting a refund here. Indeed is a self-serve product, and at any time if an employer is unhappy with the results, they may close their position on our site. In addition to this, when contacting...

candidates via the Indeed Resume product, the client agrees to pay $1 per each contact. This prompt occurs each time before the client is able to contact a candidate.Furthermore, after reviewing this employer's account history, we see that we had previously applied a refund of $63.64 on April 7th, 2016. At this time, if the client had any hesitations about using the product, they should have reached out to us prior to accumulating charges on the account again. We have disabled the employer's account to prevent further access and accumulation of charges per the client's request however the refund of $350.72 has been denied. Thank you,[redacted]

[redacted]:Thanks for your comment and sorry for the negative experience.  We attempted to look up your Indeed contact information but could not find any results using your e-mail address, domain name or phone number.  Can you please provide examples of the fraudulent postings you mention so we...

[redacted] and Revdex.com:At Indeed, we take the job seeker experience, and protecting job seekers, very seriously.  Whether a company is willing to spend money to advertise a job on Indeed is not a factor in our decision-making.  Rather, we focus on the job and the company-provided information to decide whether the job should be included on Indeed.  In this case, the role (work from home sales) in combination with a lack of verifiable company information, resulted in the decision by our Search Quality team.  Indeed reserves the right to reject any particular job for failure to meet our quality standards, and we are happy to re-review your company information at any time if you provide additional details. Thanks again and best regards,[redacted] [redacted]SVP, Client ServicesIndeed | How the World Works.™[redacted]www.indeed.com

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: We requested a refund and did not accept a credit of $500.00 since we would no longer be using their services which was also explained in the conversations with the reps.  They did not give YRGL an option, only to accept the "credit".  In addition the company does not provide email confirmations of posts with the services signed up for.  There was an end date for this job posting.  We would like a credit back to the credit card.  Thank you.

Hello [redacted] and the Revdex.com, It’s our priority to protect the personal information of our users. For this reason, when you create your Indeed resume, your phone number and email are not shared publicly. In fact, when you view your resume within your Indeed profile, there is a lock symbolizing...

that this information is not shared publicly. In addition, employers cannot get this information unless they contact you directly and you provide consent that you would like to connect with them. As there is no longer an account associated with the email address provided we would not be able to investigate further. For this reason we consider this issue resolved. Best,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I had a separate job placed in march. That job is not under dispute. The only items under dispute are late July and August. This response is completely incorrect. If they will offer a refund of 1,250 then they should do so.

[redacted]:Thanks for your note and I'm sorry for the negative experience.  Can you please provide the e-mail address of the account that was disabled so we can investigate further? Thanks again and best regards,[redacted]SVP, Client Services[redacted] - one search. all...

Dear [redacted] and the Revdex.com, At this time and in the future, the 3 Pickup Driver positions will not be allowed for visibility on Indeed. Based on the company website, it appears that this is primarily the type of opportunity that would be offered, and therefore the entire account has been disabled. If you have a different type of position that you would like to post that falls outside of this category, we can review the job to see if it would be acceptable. We cannot make guarantees however that the account will be re-enabled. If you wish, you may send me a job description and job title for review directly to [redacted] Thank you,[redacted]

Hello [redacted] and the Revdex.com, This client recently reached out and spoke to one of our Customer Care representatives. After this conversation our representative submitted a refund for the amount of $25.41 and a credit to wipe the balance of $107.07. Our finance team reviewed this request and granted...

the client a refund and credit for the total amount of $132.48. This can take up to 5-7 business days to reflect within the client’s Indeed account. Since the disputed charges have been refunded we consider this issue resolved.Best,[redacted]

[redacted] and the Revdex.com team:  This issue was resolved with the client today, and we were able to provide free visibility for the company's jobs on Indeed. We formally apologized to the client for the inconvenience and he let us know that he was satisfied with the resolution provided. Thank...

Hi [redacted]Your refund has been approved. A refund of $575.21 will be issued to the card on file in 3-5 business days. We have also disabled the account per your request so you will not be charged from Indeed moving forward.  Thank you,[redacted]

Hi [redacted] and the Revdex.com, We apologize for the poor experience. Upon further investigation of your account, we see that there were two positions open on daily budgets. The daily budgets selected were recurring which means they would continue to spend until they were closed. Since no end-date was...

selected for either advertisement they continued to spend until they were manually closed. When processing refunds one thing our team will look into is the login activity. Since there was steady login activity on the account our team was unable to provide a refund at that time. However, we do see that you submitted a request to have your account disabled on January 19th and our team was able to do this. At this time, there was a balance on the account for $319.87. Although the account was disabled the credit card would still be charged. We apologize that this was not properly communicated to you. For this reason, we have issued a refund for the amount of $319.87. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for this to reflect in your account. In addition, we would not be able to remove the credit card as the account is now disabled. Please note, Indeed takes the security of our clients very seriously. By not storing your credit card information, we have taken precautions to ensure that your sensitive information is not accessible once entered onto our website. If you would like to take other steps to confirm your card will not be charged I would suggest reaching out to your credit card company to have any other charges from Indeed blocked.Since the disputed amount has been refunded we consider this issue resolved. Best,[redacted]

Dear Dan and the Revdex.com,After reviewing the account details, a refund has been applied to the advertiser's credit card in the amount of $696.73. This amount covers all charges accumulated in the account in December. We have notified the client to let them know the refund has been processed and should...

be visible on their credit card statement in 3-5 business days.Kind Regards,[redacted]

Hi [redacted] and the Revdex.com, As we've explained, the charges were accrued due to an account created on Indeed set up in your name. This is not at the fault of Indeed, but by the person who used your credit card on our website without your permission. Indeed does not investigate cases of fraud, and your credit card issuer will need to do this. Fraudulent charges do not need to occur in multiple places in order to be considered fraud, and if your card was only used exclusively on Indeed, please report this to your credit card issuer as well. In the meantime, we have located the account associated with the charges and have disabled it so that no additional charges will be accrued or charged. Kind Regards,Indeed Support
