Hello Revdex.com and *** We reached out to this client via email to offer our assistance and help her get her account re-enabledWe shared with the client the proper updates that would need to be made to her advertisement in order to gain visibility on our siteWe also offered a $credit to go towards spending on this advertisementWe informed the client that if she does not wish to make these updates the job would not be granted visibility and we could move forward with the $refundWe have not heard back from the client so until we receive any update we consider this issue resolved.Best,Indeed Support

Dear [redacted] and the *** [redacted] recently spoke with a member of our customer support teamOur team attempted to work with her and explain how Indeed works and how to navigate through her accountThe client requested a $refund and asked that we disable her accountShe was granted the refund on October 4th and our team disabled her account per her requestThe client will no longer accrue charges with IndeedSince the clients requests were granted we consider this issue resolved.Best,***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Indeed should disclose their sham of a practice upfront They do not have the right to post poached jobs They are wasting the consumer's time and costing them money when they post jobs that the resume will go nowhere During my investigation an employer stated that they do not receive resumes from indeed for their employment that indeed had no right to post it They exclusively post on another site By practicing this deceitful way of posting jobs they harm the consumer Please have them gain written permission from each job posted Who could I call to report them? The labor board? In addition they do not follow the US Labor standards for the intern employment Have them post that on their web-site when an employer is prompted to post a position They should give full disclosure that there are other laws that they do not acknowledge Regards, [redacted] ***

Hi ***, Thank you for contacting usAfter reviewing your account, we see two positions were created on Indeed with daily budgetsThe first was a Journeyman Carpenter position on a $daily budget created February 3rdThe second was a Lead Carpenter position created April 11th with a $daily budget, which went live when your credit card was addedDaily budgets are recurring unless an end date is set which it appears in this case these positions did not have an end date set upThe positions continued to run until March 15th when you contacted us regarding the chargesAfter contacting us by phone, you mentioned to the representative that you disputed the charges with your credit cardOnce a charge is disputed with the credit card company, we are unable to process a refund request as this is already in process with the bankIf you are able to cancel this dispute and provide us with proof that it has been canceled, as well as explain to us what you intended to spend, we would be happy to submit a refund request on your behalfPlease also note if you were hiring for both of these positions, or just the one recently posted this yearThank you,***
