Hello *** and the Revdex.com, We apologize for the poor experienceUpon further investigation of your account, we see that you still have several daily job alerts set upIf you no longer wish to receive this communication you can update this by: Visiting www.indeed.comLog into your Indeed
account Click on your email address in the upper right corner Select “My Subscriptions” from the drop-down menu Click “Pause” or “Delete” next to the job alerts you no longer wish to receive We did notice that the alerts that are set up are very generic and can bring in a wide array of job postingsTo explain, Indeed is a keyword search engine and this means we will send you any job that has one or all of the keywords you are searchingFor example, we see an alert was set up for “boat” jobsThis means any job that has the keyword “boat” will be sent to youWe would suggest using more specific keywords to help narrow down your search. We hope this information was helpful! If you are receiving additional communication from Indeed feel free to contact us directly at *** with additional information so we can further assistPlease reference your Revdex.com complaint details in the email you forward to us at ***Since we have provided this user with a way to stop the communication we consider this issue resolved. Best,***

Dear ** and the Revdex.com,Indeed provides the option for Job Seekers to delete accounts, however in this case, an employer account on Indeed was createdEmployer accounts cannot be deleted as we need a record of any Employer activity if in the future the employer requests access to their old jobs,
billing receipts, etcYour account is disabled at this time, which prevents anyone from accessing the associated account.Kind Regards,***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Rules and polices should not be implemented on a "case by case basis".Despite what Indeed has said there are still many jobs with the term "native speaker"Indeed allows these accounts to post their jobs with the term "native speaker" because they have sponsored their job postings and Indeed receives increased revenueIn the end everything is about money.
Regards,
*** ***

Complaint* ***
I am rejecting this response on the basis that my request for a simple phone conversation with an "appropriate" Indeed.com representative has been denied I am now left with the impression of Indeed.com reverse discriminating against an older white-family owned business I insist on a good faith expression of customer service by having someone in their regulations department contact me I consider this matter unresolved.

Dear *** and the Revdex.com,We have approved a refund in the amount of $for September spend and a credit towards the current October balance in the amount of $To explain further, this amount was previously rejected as Indeed is a self-serve product, and it is the client's responsibility to
close out any positions operating on a daily budget if they do not wish to accrue costsIndeed is not responsible for closing positions on the client's behalfWe have made the exception here after further investigation of the account, however this is not a common practice. Moving forward, we have disabled this user's account, as there was history of another refund request on a related accountWe have notified the client of this decision, and have asked him to check with his Credit Card company on the progress of the refund being applied to his statement.Thank you*** ***Associate Manager, Social Media Client Services
