I am rejecting this response because:the answer provided is inaccurate and as usual provides only vague and no specific informationOur jobs are legitimate, with detailed descriptions and are listed on several other portalsWe will be advertizing this response from indeed and are in contact with other companies who have been unfairly blocked by this firm and will be cooperating with them to seek legal action against indeed for unfair business practices

We continue to reject the response as it does not address the issue as to why we're unable to post legitimate, traditional, positions

I am rejecting this response because: Rules and polices should not be implemented on a "case by case basis".Despite what Indeed has said there are still many jobs with the term "native speaker"Indeed allows these accounts to post their jobs with the term "native speaker" because they have sponsored their job postings and Indeed receives increased revenueIn the end everything is about money.

I am rejecting this response because:The heart of the complaint continues with Indeed's responseThere is no documentation provided to me prior to agreement of the month trial and prior to charging the credit card and setting up the campaignThe "canned signature email" was sent after charging my card and after implementing the campaign.While the response from Indeed states their representative reached out to me and I did not return the calls, I have emails from the representative where we discussed setting up phone calls and the representative sent me emails following up to our calls.The campaign was not contractual, per the canned market email I received AFTER they charged my credit card and AFTER they implemented the campaignAs we were not happy with the results and as discussed with *** *** on the phone and quoting the managers' statements in our beta test*** and I agreed to get back together after ***tmas and relookTherefore, even if *** *** was not clear with his marketing group about our agreement, I was not satisfied and not wanting to continue until we regroupThis is not a buyer's remorse. This is Indeed's failure to properly inform the client of all aspects of the program before moving forward and charging the credit cardWhile I have a similar program with Monster, I receive a monthly receipt and I knew all aspects of the program with Monster...it is a recurring monthly charge and I may cancel at any timeThis complaint is about *** *** speaking with me about Indeed's philosophy of building relationships and partnerships and working with me since August to gain my trust to try Indeed's product, which did not occur until November. And this pseudo relationship instantly changed when I contacted him about the 2nd charge and our agreement and he advised me he no longer was the representative and said he would have the new representative contact meThe person I had been speaking with for more than four months via email and phone all of a sudden was not representing my account and could not and would not speak with me about the mishapThe person who knows my intent and had the relationship with our company and was still with the Indeed, could not/would not speak with me about this situationAnd now, a person whom I never spoke with about our company's goals, questions about Indeed's products and my understanding and agreement with Indeed's representative, *** ***, is the one I should speak with about this questionable chargeThis complaint is about this suddenly new representative for our account who has no first hand knowledge about the situation who is instructed to focus only on one email that was sent after charging the company's credit card with the canned email statement of a recurring charge AND not have first hand knowledge of a trial one month verbal discussion with the Company and original representative (which negates Indeed's focus on the recurring charge statement as this statement cancels the recurring charge with the Company's request to "cancel it" after the end of the first month, not renewing.This was never a contract, by Indeed's own statementHaving an assigned new representative at the first complaint and the original representative not handling the situation is suspect and not ethical business practicesShe advised me she was told she could do nothing and still wanted to assist our companyBusinesses are not interested in continuing business with unethical businessesThe fraudulent characteristic of Indeed's representatives continued as she called my office and stated Indeed had a new Account Manager and she was that manager, when her email title states clearly she is an account representative and she stated clearly to me her manager advised her to tell me there is nothing they can do. This complaint is about me learning that my credit card was charged again in December when it showed up on my credit card statement in January instead of Indeed sending me an emailed receipt, as I do with Monster and all other companies with whom I conduct such business transactionsI went to my Indeed account to see what was going on I finally figured out how to download a receipt as *** *** processed the original charge from the backend, I could not remove my credit card information (though I requested him to do so earlier) to stop Indeed from continual charges of the company credit card and I was unable to turn off the campaign ... the buyer has no control to stop this via Indeed's website they are at the mercy of the representative. I had to stop all three ads as I could not turn the online campaign off without resulting in our company being charged another $1,This hindered our company from the ability to post job ads "free" as other companies are able to do so, which is part of Indeed's core product and one Indeed publicly brags aboutThe dissatisfaction with the product: we did not hire one person from Indeed for any of these three job openingsWe hired them from other talent management resources, thus the reason for the one month trial, the reason I told *** in December the managers were not overwhelmed with the applicant response and the reason we were going to regroup in January.Why regroup in January? I've been speaking with *** for 4-months if we could get Indeed's product to work as well as he presented, it would be a valuable resource for us...I was openNow, I learned the presentation and Indeed's approach to such customer partnerships is questionable and the two individuals I dealt with from Indeed are not individuals I have any trust and now I question Indeed's sales tactics and methodology
