       [redacted] has agreed for a [redacted] pick up tag and I told him I would be happy to withdraw my complaint as soon as I received a statement from them either by mail or email that myself and/or the company, Alternative Storage owes them nothing. The package is ready for pick up anytime Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. After I have received something in writing to this effect I will be more than happy to withdraw the compliant.

[redacted] did NOT agree to purchase the product. He specifically told the business that he was unable to purchase anything. I have a witness that was standing next to him during the call that has corroborated this information. I did speak with the business and stated that I would be return the product with a return label provided by them. I am still currently waiting for the label. Once the product has been picked up for return I agreed to withdraw my complaint.
