I made numerous phone calls and at times waitedup to minutes to speak with a representative and each time the representativewas not interested or helpful. I wasmore than willing to adjust dates but frankly they really didn’t care tohelp. You’re very quick to put the blame on me that the traveldates did not work out. Maybe you shouldlook to your employees and their lack of organization, courtesy and commitmentto providing proper customer service Forexample: I sent correspondence on April6, requesting a refund and received no response which necessitated in mycomplaint to the Revdex.com. Also, most correspondence I received via email had incorrect dates,times and locations on it. I could go onbut I believe you understand the sloppiness of IIG Promotions and Fly Away Select. Poconos request I have checked on this myself and found the following:It is not "peak season" yet in the Poconos at the end of SeptOur allotments in the region are reduced in the 2nd week of Sept and eliminated in the 2nd week of October due to the color changes and the resorts/hotels (which there are only a few) will not offer us breaks with reduced allotments (which are already filled) They benefit greatly from significant rate hikes in the days and weeks following your date requested.You do have other dates and locations which look great, but as it is listed in the terms and conditions, we cannot guarantee any particular date listed.Please allow us to continue working with you I will have Mary contact you to see if there are other suggestions to assist with getting you where you want to go

Two years ago, I received promotional brochures in the mail from IIG about a complimentary cruise (I would be responsible for paying the taxes, fees, etc.), and paid my $deposit that was required at that time Since we purchased a lifetime timeshare with a company that uses IIG Promotions for gifts and rewards, we were offered a complimentary cruise sponsored by IIG Promotions, of which we trustedI had to wait almost a year before it was determined what type of cruise my wife & I would qualify for, which was the usual turnaround time, but after speaking with a rep there, we didn't like the offer and requested our $refund back We were told to submit our request in writing, of which we did on 8/19/ We were told it would take up to weeks We've called IIG numerous times since October 2015, each time being given some type of excuse as to why we haven't received our $refund Our last call made there before this morning, was on 1/7/ We were told by an employee that our refund was processed and mailed on 1/4/16, and that we should receive it within business days I called back this morning for one final time and advised them that we have not received our refund I was told since the check was cut and mailed (of which I don't believe), I would have to wait six weeks before they can cut another check to mail Needless to say, I am really sad and disappointed that IIG Promotions is not a Revdex.com accredited company If they were, I believe that Arizona Revdex.com would be in a position to intercede effectively on our behalf, but since they're not accredited, I'm not sure how much assistance Arizona Revdex.com would be able to offer, if any
