Thank you for bringing this to our attention.We have found the issue with your deposits The customer support side shows that your deposits have been and were issued The problem is that all deposits were issued at one time generating separate checks This triggered a
fraud alert in our system since its not allowed to generate more than one check per day on any customer to prevent system fraud This jammed up the accounting process while at the same time presenting the customer support team the information that the checks had been sent.We sincerely apologize This issue has been over-ridden to get this expedited You should have the total of your refund of $in hand by no later than 8/28/ If you have not received them at that time, please call us at ###-###-####

This is exactly what
was told to me by Debbie @ IIG Promotions before, that the $check was sent on Friday 06/03/that I should have the check in 7-days, just waitdays passed, no check, the *** phone number couldn't get thru, their voice recording message "unable to take calls under special circumstances and will be back on line in 1-hrs" for the last days.Until I will receive my $cash back per *** Bank, this is an issue.Now they are given a new date by June 28, 2016, if not call their phone # again but their phone can't get thru.How many disputes do I have to file before I can see my money back, they don't keep their promise so far and it has been for months since March 16,

I am a little leery as these are the same words I have been told since September and I have been persistent in following their
guidelines I truly hope they follow thru this time and I can be done with this issue Thank you for your assistance

I do agree that we paid for the actual trip, but it was based on pretensesFor example we were advised that the deposit that we made would be used towards the cost of the cruise so when we agreed to the amount it was due to the fact that we assumed that the $total we were quoted was not including the actual depositWhich would have meant we were actually paying $306, which would have made the cruise cost $per person which was actually less than the $per person that we believed the cost was going to beAfter I discovered I was credited for the whole balance this is when we began to question the prices and methods the company tookI have contacted customer service on several occasions to no availI agree they did did provide us with the terms and conditions of the trip, but then have advised us we violated the terms and conditions and after many attempts to figure out what we did wrong and asking specifically what terms and conditions we violated no one can provide a clear answerThe repeated response is that we selected to upgrade the room to an "Inside Cabin"I have attached a copy of the original registration and Inside cabin is not even a choice for selection we chose no upgradeSo it seems that we are left feeling deceived and like we did something wrong, but no one can provide what we did.

It all started in September with this companyMy parents signed up with a company called *** *** (which is another story) and after purchasing a membership they gave them a paper to get a free trip*So my dad who doesn't like to travel told me to take his spotSo I choose a trip (days nights, flights included) for my mom and I to travel to VegasSent them a cashiers check for $and choose datesSo the first date wasn't available, and they forgot to contact me for the second date, then the third date was in a "peak time" and was regular priceFinally the lady told me to avoid holidays by at least weeks before or after and you have to start the trip between Monday- WednesdayI can't tell you how many dates I choose before getting that informationFinally, it's March 2016, and a date has finally been selected and I was told to send like $a person for my mom and meSo remember it's been almost years so I'm happy to get the emailI told my mom and she's happy toSo I'm reviewing the itinerary which was taking spirit airline and getting a hotel on the strip, seems goodBut then I go ahead and price the trip myself and will you believe that the price for the same to people was half the price of what IIG was going to charge meThey are a rip off! This is when I came to my complete senses and I call them and request a refundThe same lady who always answers the phone says ok, I'll send you the refund email and you have to write a letterThe letter they sent tries to get you to get a gift card or some other bologna but I scrolled past it and sent in my letter on March 9, By June, I hadn't h and a respons, so I called and she tells me that they received my letter, but for some reason they haven't sent it because they were changing offices blah blahSo she escalated itI call back the next week and the phone systems are unavailable for the whole weekSo I try the ne t week and the same bullThe accounting office hasn't sent my check, but they will process it on MondaySo time passes now we're in JulyI call back to check on it and my check is said to have been sent outSince June, so I should be receiving itThen I'm told to call back in August if I still didn't get itSo August 15th comes and I call back, and now I'm tired of being nice and patientSilly me rightSo I tell the lady that I've been trying to get my refund since March and this is annoyingShe like I'm sorry and it could've gotten lost in the mail, but we will send another checkSo today is August 30, and after months I have my measly dollars backI'm sure most people would have given up, but I think that's what they want you to do so they can keep your moneySo rule #1, avoid this company!!! Rule #2, if you've already sent a deposit, just call right now and get it backIt may take months, but be persistent!
