Even during this investigation the company is trying to misrepresent the factsThey say "their investigation revealed that I received two months of refund", but they don't say how this "miracle " happenedAs I mentioned in my complaint in spite of my request they declined any refundHowever my credit card company (American Express) has this policy that they can ask for days of refunds for services under disputeSo the company was forced to refund this and it is not something that did as a good will gesture
The company has not explained the misleading name for the service that they offered to meThe name of the plan is "One month unlimited services"If this is not a advertisement and deception, I don't what is
The company says that they sent me a statement on 5/1/Even though they automatically renewed my "monthly" service for the next months, they didn't send any monthly statementIs it their practice not to send any monthly bill or statement?
I would like them to let us know that if they provided me with any other services other than one time initial background checkThe fact that I used yheir service only once, supports that the service that I hired them for was only a one time serviceI was not aware and I was never told that that I had been enrolled and charged automatically (without my consent) month after month for months

If the e-mail comfirmation would have stated; YOU ARE NOW OBLICATED TO PAY #A MONTH UNTIL YOU CANCEL! I would certainly have cancelled
To me a 7-day free trial, means try it for days if you don`t like it don`t buy itThe dictionary defines it the same way
They also say that the terms are clearly laid out on their websiteAnd the trial was not cancelled
I am years old and never before in my lifetime, have I ever had to " CANCEL " anything that was FREE or said FREE or FREE TRIAL! EVER! This is unamericanNot from the land of the free or the home of the brave
In my opinion, to which I am entitled this is like a communist scamKnifing rip off Surely if there would have been big red letters saying that you have to cancel the trail or you automatically are signing up for forever, or until you cancel your free trial

PeopleSmart knows that I tried to find someone one session on the computer, unsucessfullyI tried several times to do it, I could not make it workAnd I never went back to their websiteEVER, after that one time one the computerI`m sure they can easily check thatAnd know one, knowingly is going to pay $a month for NOTHING, nobody
