you go on their site for trial site says their is a report that you must pay they take your money, you click on upper right report icon and it says there are no reports or it is blankNothing but a scamwhen I tried to print they took funds out again
I do understand this is like the insurance fraud you will keep responding till person gives up because they have things to do and can't get time to constantly devote fighting you.But you'll give credits instead of refunds yet those reports can't be drawn either and yes I was signed in ,I'm not stuid

I don't accept this response and deserve a full refund since I never should have been chargedThe situation unfolded as suchMy child joined a new school and is starting to get invited to houses of new peopleSo I was wanting to do numerous background checks over timeI signed up for a free trial to check out the product based on the wording of their offerImmediate results did not give what I was anticipating based on how the offer read, so I clicked on a supplemental offer that popped up that seemed to provide what was being advertisedAfter numerous attempts and the web site not rendering to the screen accurately, I could tell the instructions weren't clear and it seemed like a runaround so I promptly got online and cancelled all that I had signed up forI hadn't checked the details of my credit card statement for this for several months because I wasn't expecting it (since I had cancelled)The company's records should indicate that I cancelled swiftly after signing up (within minutesless than an hour?) and haven't logged on sinceWhen I called for a refund, the conversation didn't match the point of the call (it was all excuses and rehearsed statements rather than any genuine concern to determine what went wrong)I believe they did refund at least two of the months on that call, but I want and deserve a full refund and stated that clearly on the callI've learned since that many people consider this offer a scam and have had similar confusing and difficult experiencesThis is definitely over principle rather than the actual money, and even now I'm not convinced that I won't be charged again by this company for some other unexplainable reasonBased on the initial response, I will contact my credit card now as well to see if they can definitively prohibit further charges of any kind
Based on the company's statement about customer service being their top priority, and given that I'm clearly not happy at all with their service, below is what I want and deserve:
1) The company needs to verify that I am no longer signed up for any ongoing charges whatsoever
2) The company needs to give me a full refund
3) Upon giving me the full refund, they are welcome to contact me via phone or e-mail and we can set up a gotomeeting or other online forum where I will walk them through every bit of my thought process and the steps I went through to sign upThe confusing and misleading instructions will be obvious to anyone and they will see that the changes that would be needed to fix this confusion are so basic that they could be made in very short orderI will not require payment of any kind after providing this service, which should only take to minutes to demonstrate convincingly to anyone who is interestedMy time in this is worth much more than the amount of the refund that is owed to me, but I believe strongly in the benefits of performance feedback and the need for consumer protection
