My technician [redacted] was couteos, knowledgeable and went about his work in a professional manner. If the results are as good as the service I'll be very pleased.

[redacted] went above and beyond this week. I asked what I could do this winter about stink bugs. He said not to worry about it and treated the outside of the house and the mulch. I always appreciate having my house free of spider webs too! Thank you!

My technician arrived about 5 minutes ahead of schedule. He did a great job of explaining what he was going to do and what I could look forward to in the upcoming months. He was courteous and efficient. He even worked around my dog who was busy exploring what was going on. I wanted to let others know that he went above my expectations and completed his services quicker than I expected. He even removed a hornets nest at the peak of our roof that I thought he would not be able to reach without any further costs.I would highly recommend giving this company a try!

Insight Pest Control door-to-door sales guy knocked on my door on May 28th. The salesman was telling me "what a great deal" he had for me. Rattled off a bunch of neighbor's last names (I just moved to the area and didn't know anyone anyway) that had signed up. I told him I wasn't interested.

He kept going on with his sales pitch, never giving me any specific pricing. I told him a second time that I wasn't interested. He proceeded to ask him if he could come back and TALK TO MY HUSBAND. I told him I was the one that makes those decisions in the household (my husband would agree) and shut the door.

Fast forward, the same guy came loudly knocking on my door and ringing the doorbell on June 11 around 5:30 pm. I didn't answer the door. He proceeded to come back and knock & ring the bell again at 7:30 pm. I made my husband answer the door. Again the salesman started rattling off the names of neighbors that signed up (like that would convince us to sign up). We didn't sign up.

[redacted] arrived advised me of his game plan for the quarterly application. Upon completion he reviewed with me what he had done and advised me of his observations.
handled himself very professionally and represented insight very well.

Insight Pest solutions did their first treatment yesterday. [redacted], the technician, did a very good job going over our issues, and gave us alternatives on how to treat them. He is very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do based on what we told him, and based on the standard procedures. He did a thorough job.

I was truly impressed with Insight Pest Solutions, LLC. My tech was [redacted] he was extremely polite and courteous! He asked a lot of questions regarding my pest issues. He then took care of my issues thoroughly. When he was done applying the applications he took me around my home and explained what he did. I have had other Pest Companies service my home and I can honestly say this was the one I have ever used! I will continue to use them in the future. Thank you!!

This service was great, the tech was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. We have a few different pest problems and the tech was able to explain their service and guarantee that these pests would be handled. I would recommend this service, hand down.
