The technician was very pleasant. He listened to my problems, explained what he was going to do and applied the insecticide using methods that took into account our families lifestyle. So far no more problems!

I ordinarily do not like the idea of spraying pesticides in my home, but my son had a bad infestation of carpenter ants in his room and was at his wits end. My wife and I had been discussing what to do about it, and one of Insight's sales reps, [redacted], happened to be signing up customers in our neighborhood. She explained that, due to the many ice dams that had formed on houses this winter, many ants were invading homes through the attic due to the wet wood. We did in fact have ice dams, so it seemed like a sensible explanation. We were planning to be away the following week, so it also seemed like a good time to do the spraying. Our technician, [redacted] was friendly and more than happy to answer questions. He took his time doing his work and seemed to be very consciencious. He also took care of a wasp nest. It is too early to say how successful the treatment has been, but Insight assured us that they would return up to two times in the event that the ants were not fully eliminated.

Insight Pest Solutions were helpful and thorough. When treating inside and outside, the technician was extremely helpful and offered lots of insight on things I could be doing to help keep the various bugs away. I was home for this treatment, so he was able to go through my house thoroughly. So glad I use Insight Pest Solutions.

Insight Pest Solutions has been treating my home, my mother's home and my daughter's home for over 5 years. They do a great job on every call and whenever, I have a special pest issue like carpenter ants invading my porch or other ants invading my brick sidewalk, they come quickly and resolve the problem. Today the technician who came to spray for any pests, was also, pleasant, professional in demeanor and appearance, and answered lots of questions and treated in and around our home for pest control. Thus far, my experience with this company has been impressive.
