[redacted] did a fantastic job they even come back to make sure you are still happy with the results .

The Insight technician was at our home as scheduled, answered all of my questions, and provided extra spider traps to insure that we get the spider issue under control.

The tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. He noticed a wasp nest during the service and took care of it and made sure to notify us first so we wouldn't be outdoors during the process. I asked for advice on dealing with chipmunks (not covered) and he provided useful advice. I like their usage of technology as well (iPad and video intro).

Insight was here for my first visit. The service was quick and thurough. The tech had good pointers and knowledge. He helped with an issue in my garage and advised me to keep an eye on it. If the problem continues they would be back to further treat it. Im very pleased with how kind and polite he was great job [redacted]

[redacted] sprayed the outside perimeter of the house and the kitchen and bathrooms. He worked quickly and efficiently. I hope Brent will continue to be the technician for my house for the completion of the contract.

These folks are professional and do great work! It is well worth the money to be free of insects inside your house or business. All of the Technicians (it was [redacted] today) that we have met have been courteous and thoroughly explained the service and what it does to keep out the insects.

I am so pleased with all aspects of Insight Pest Solutions I felt I must share my experience. First, the Technicians are sharply dressed in professional work attire and their company trucks are attractive and not tacky. They have a very thorough intro which includes not only their own intro, you also watch a short video on the tablet provided by the tech. The products used are the safest yet effective. This company is the third I have used in the pasty five years and Insight beats them all hands down. Their prices are shockingly well below what I was paying with other services and they come on schedule and not wait for the homeowner to call. I have not seen one bug which is what my goal has been and Insight is the only service that acheived such resuklts. My tech showed up early and was very knowledgeable.

The technician was punctual, conscientious, friendly, and professional. He addressed every concern and went beyond to ensure that my needs were met. He even offered 'insight' into home care and tips for pest control and behavior which was very educational and eye-opening. This is someone who cares!

My technician representatives were right on time. The tech I spoke with was [redacted] while the other rep sprayed the outside of the house. [redacted] was very polite and explained everything he was doing for the house. I like how "green" the company is by being paperless. Great service. Sales rep was also very nice at not high pressure at all. Great value and great service.

Tech was waiting for us when we got home (big plus 30 minutes early rather than late). Very helpful and informative and assisted us with locating 2 wasp nest in our eves. Service was handled quickly and he made clear that help would be only a phone call away.

We get serviced quarterly by Insight Pest Solutions. We had recently been seeing spiders and clover mites, so I called to get a technician to come spray. He took the time the explain exactly what he was doing, and where. I have a toddler and he was knowledgeable about the ingredients in the spray and this made me feel very secure. Spiders make me anxious, and he sprayed all the locations they could come in, not just where they had been seen. I felt much better that all the entry points were sprayed - gave me peace of mind. [redacted] was extremely helpful and let me know he would be happy to come if needed. He was very personable and I felt like he really listened to what I was trying to convey. We will be renewing our contract, and I am going to request [redacted] for all future needs.

There seems to be some turnover with technicians so we did not have the same technician for each treatment. All the technicians were polite and seemed knowledgeable. Our most recent technician- [redacted]- took the time to listen to us and asked questions to narrow down where we were seeing the most problem. He then treated specifically for the pest we were having the most trouble with. Prior treatments required a second treatment- this time the problem appears to have been taken care of with the quarterly treatment.

I am writing this review to say that we are extremely satisfied with our service from this company. The service tech was great and gave me a tip on how to eliminate woodpeckers from pecking on the outside of our home. It really worked!
