Good morning, We were not able to recreate your issue off-board, but as a courtesy we issued a full refund- waiting any associated fees. There was no delay on a refund- you were emailed on Feb [redacted] asking if you preferred a refund or replacement and we received no response until Mar ***. Refund... was processed and took a couple of days to make it through (refunds normally take 3-5 business days to process through the banks). As stated in the warranty, we are unable to pay for any labor not performed by our company. I would ask the dealership why they replaced a sensor (and charged you for it) without testing the sensor first. That seems like a misdiagnosis on their part and not something that we would be responsible for. This customer has already received a full refund as he requested.

I'm sorry for the delay, it took me some time to find the package sent to usI checked and the keys that were included were never cut to match your ignitionWithout this, the vehicle will not start with the keys that were sent out with the unitI will make sure the keys are still programmed and ship out today via [redacted] tracking number [redacted] ***

The customer purchased the unit on our website here- [redacted] . The warranty clearly states that the units must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase- otherwise... store credit will be applied. The customer declined the store credit and asked for it to be shipped back. Since the unit was purchased in February, we will not be able to refund the customer. However, the customer is welcome to send it back for store credit in accordance to the agreed to terms of purchase. If the customer would like, I can post a copy of the warranty policy signed by the customer (with all personal information blacked out, of course).

The customer requested a refund over the phone which was immediately grantedHowever, after that, this complaint was filed (again, after the refund was processed)Please let me know if there's anything else that I can do to help

I'm sorry but this is falseThe part was sold without warranty as is the case in all motor-swap casesWe did offer an educated guess as to which part would work but reiterated with the customer that it was just a guess because we are not present at the vehicle and cannot check it out ourselves!
There is no way we could promise anything like that without actually being at the vehicle and checking it out ourselvesIn the signed sale agreement it is stated that the customer is fully responsible for selecting the correct partWe are not able to offer a refund for a part that we could not guarantee would be the correct unit on a customized vehicle or if it part would even work depending on the actual setup on the vehicle

Sorry, I did make a small error in my previous messageEbay states that returns for refunds are accepted days from original delivery (in this case, delivery happened in early February, customer did not send unit back for a refund until JuneAnd please note in the warranty on the last message that states FSdoes not pay for additional work done on the vehicle that the customer is demanding

I finally got a call from the head manager MrC***, we communicated back and forth a day or two and I think we have come up with a solution MrC*** is giving me a full refund after they receive their ECM computer back from me which is in route to them and according to *** it arrived today MrC*** stated as soon as they get it back they will issue my refund within a day or two *** tracking # for the ECM is *** As soon as I receive my FULL refund Via my checking account (debit card) I will then come back in here and give a good reply Thanks Mr.C***!

It was clearly stated that we did not program this unit and were unsure if it needed to be programmedYou agreed that you would get it programmed if you needed to- the unit can be installed at a dealership and programmed there using a TechIf you are unable to have this done, please return the unit to us for a refund minus the stated fees that were agreed to when the warranty was signedPlease let me know if you need the return addressAs soon as we get the unit back we can process a refund, but we do need it to be returned to us first

While the customer states that the item was defective, we were not able to reproduce any errors offboard (without having the vehicle in hand)We did resell that unit at a lower cost to a local customer and they have not had any problems yet!

[They sent the same p.c.mover and over again, telling me that they checked it and there was nothing wrong with it. There is either something wrong with the p.c.mor they never programmed it correctly. I would like my money back. $is a lot of money for a man that has been on a disability income since my surgery in January. I can hardly pay my bills and since this p.c.mwas supposed to be such an easy swap out, I'd hope to sell car to pay for medical cost. I could understand if they had sent me different p.c.m.'s, and they had failed but they sent the same one over and over again
