Good morning,This unit was not sold programmed or as being plug and play with no programming requiredI listened to the phone call that was made during the purchaseWe clearly stated the we used the VIN to match the correct options and part numbers but if any programming was required, it was the
customer's responsibility to have this done as we do not offer ANY programming on ABS modules/assembliesPlease see our store at *** to see that we do not sell any programmed ABS unitsThere is no mention of programming on the receipt or the signed warranty (again, because we do not offer this service for ABS units)We are still waiting on a return from the customer which we have not receivedIf the customer returns it, we will issue a refund minus the restocking and shipping fees if returned within the appropriate time framePlease let me know if there's anything else that I can do to help

You just can't get your facts rightI ordered a computer for a Jeep WranglerThe motor put into the Jeep Wrangler came from a Jeep CherokeeWe talked and talked you still can't get it rightPlease refund my money and reimburse my customer by paying for there rent car while you keep rambling on with claims and informationI have already ordered another computer from a company who can get it right the first time and do not have to be at the vehicle to get it rightThey can take the info from the vehicles vin# and program it properly for their customers needs.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience but much of this is falseWe got the return back on 4/** via ups tracking number ***Even though we were not able to replicate the customer's concerns, we still replaced it at our cost and have shipped it out via *** priority mail tracking
number *** (which should be delivered tomorrow 5/*/2017)It is clearly stated in our warranty that a customer must return a unit before a replacement is issued- we did not keep the returned unit for weeks, the original purchase was weeks agoPlease let me know if there's anything else that I can do to help

As a courtesy we refunded the price for the overnight shipping and still shipped it out via *** overnight shippingItem has been delivered vis *** tracking number ***I'm sorry for any inconvenience, please let me know if there's anything that I can do to help further

Customer stated that they were having the exact same issue as the original PCM in the vehicle- indicating that there is likely a separate issue in the vehicleAs agreed to by the customer under a signed warranty, we got the unit back and tested it finding no faultsAs agreed to on the warranty the
refund was issued minus a programming and restocking fee as the unit was returned within an appropriate amount of time

All our programmed ECM/PCM units are cleaned by a rotary grinder wheel as part of the refurbishing processWe would never use a unit that was ejected from a vehicle after a crash

Flagship one ECM voltage regulator did not work and that was verified by a third partyThere competitor ECM worked correctly and was verified by third partyCharging me for restocking and programing a defective used part just WRONG I knew something was not right when I called about the delayed delivery on the order“ I sent you an e-mail did you not get it? “ had me repeat it and she informed that they had it wrong but when I had paced the phone order a week earlier with Flagship one they had the right e-mail to send a receiptI no longer trust Flagship one and after reviewing the online reviews I can see that I’m not the only person who has had an issue with this company

The pictures they sent have no actual bearing on my complaint. As they state the unit they show as undamaged is not the interior of the unit I was sent. The unit they say I returned has no images of the way they sent it out to meThey do not allow you to open the unit and examine it without voiding the warranty so there is no way of knowing that the unit they sent me had no damageI know that it absolutely was damaged. As I said in my original complaint the unit I received from FSOne IMMEDIATELY caused my car to hard idle and misfire worse than my original, which did not call any noticeable signs of the misfireIt was not after it was driven for 15-miles, or even once it got to miles that I had the problemIt was within mile of my driving the car it was idling hard, and buckingThe original unit in my car did not even cause these problemsAll of the steps in the release were followed, and they know that as I sent them a receipt where those repairs were carried outEven after receiving a copy of the receipt which they requested providing proof of the repairs they state here that they "suspect" the mechanic did not carry out the correct repairsFSOne seems to be using conjecture to deflect, and as a way to pass the buckThe significantly reduced priced unit that they claimed to be offering was one line in an email, and when I called to ask the rate no one could give me a price, or would return my callThey never addressed the rude manner that was displayed by the customer service reps, the failure to return my calls, the misinformation I received from their customer service department, or the fact that there appears to be no actual testing of the unitPrior to purchase I was assured that all of their units had been testedTheir "test" is that they say it comes from a car that is having none of the issuesMy car didn't have noticeable issues until it stalled onceThe computers in this year and model notoriously don't show the correct error codes, and may show no codesIf they are relying solely on the cars they are taking the units from noticeably misfiring, hard idling, or showing certain codes this is woefully inadequate procedure to then turn around a distribute these units to the publicI opened this complaint with my payment company as well since the company wouldn't communicate with me, honor it's warranty, and the unit I received never functioned in the way I was assured it would when it was sold
