By choosing to proceed with the purchase at the promotional price, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the promotional offer.In this case, the promotional offer was accepted and the Intelius Premier Plus 7-Day Pass was activated The Intelius Premier Plus 7-Day Pass was canceled on 3/3/and the charge of $for the 7-Day Pass was never charged. There was no additional information available for the Assisted Phone Search Report and the charge of $was refunded on 3/4/2016. The refund will appear on Mr*** statement in one of the next two billing cycles, depending on the closing date. To remove their information, we need their first and last name and the URL where their information can be found on our website. Additionally, it would be helpful to have their date of birth or age and a list of any cities and states listed for them on our website. separate accounts: The paid account referenced in Mr***’s complaint is with our website USSearch.com. This account was created on May 29, under User ID# ***On October 1, 2016, Mr*** purchased a USSearch OmniSearch monthly membership in the amount of $per month on his Visa card ending in ***On July 6, 2017, per his request, a customer care agent provided a refund of Mr***’s last membership fees for a total of $and removed him from the paid membership program Mr*** also has a free account on the Intelius website. This account was created on July 30, under User ID# ***This account has never been enrolled in an Intelius Premier membership program and the only purchases tied to this account are one-off, individual report purchases utilizing a Visa card ending in ***The last purchase made on this account was for a social media report made on November 28, Based on his login records, it appears that Mr*** logged into his free Intelius account on July 5, and his last login on the USSearch.com site was on May 29, Since Mr***’s paid account is on the USSearch.com site, he would have been prompted to purchase either a one-off report or a membership subscription if he attempted to use his USSearch paid membership benefits on the Intelius website In addition to our contact information appearing on Mr***’s monthly Visa statement, the phone number to contact USSearch is listed on the upper right-hand corner of the USSearch.com homepageThe Intelius website has a contact us link in the persistent footer that links to a page where the user can email us as well as providing a toll-free number for phone assistance.
