The information provided is gathered from selected public records and other publicly available informationThe data is compiled into a comprehensive database record that Intelius maintains with active updates from its sources.? Due to the nature of public records, however, Intelius cannot warrant the information provided is always current, complete, or accurate.? ? Per the Terms of Service Ms*** agreed to upon the completion of her purchase, Intelius has a no refund policyHowever, as a matter of customer courtesy, I have provided a full refund of the cost of the report to Ms***’s credit card on July 25, in the amount of $Ms*** should note this refund on her account within the next to days depending on her financial institution’s billing cycle and internal refund policy ? two-tier pricing structure when purchasing reports on the Intelius websiteEach offer includes the standard one-time purchase price and a second discounted report price plus a one-week trial of the Intelius Premier Plus membershipIf the user elects to continue with their selected report type but does not wish to continue the Premier Plus membership they are instructed to cancel the Premier Plus membership within the first days and they will only be charged $for the Premier Plus trial membershipHowever, if the user does not cancel, the member is enrolled in the Premier Plus membership and their credit card will be charged a monthly fee of $(plus applicable taxes) going forward ? Intelius provides clear disclosures within the report purchase process of the Premier Plus membership offer.? Below, I have outlined the process and various places in which Intelius notified Ms*** of the membership offer and details? On January 5, 2018, Ms*** purchased a discounted Phone Report in the amount of $which included a 7-day trial membership of the Premier Plus membershipMs*** was notified of this offer and trial membership when she selected her report type and again on the payment information pageAdditionally, she was required to manually select a checkbox on the payment information page before she could complete her report purchase that specifically notified her of the offer and the membership terms, including that her credit or debit card would be charged $(plus applicable taxes) if she did not cancel her 7-day trial membership, a phone number to cancel her membership, that her membership benefits would continue through the last month for which she paid and that there are no refunds or partial month creditsMs*** was presented with language in the same checkbox that by clicking the button to purchase, she agreed to the Terms of Service and Privacy PolicyIf a user fails to check the box, they are unable to complete their purchase on the Intelius websiteA representative copy of the standard purchase page is attached for your review ? Per the Terms of Service, Intelius has a no refund policy, however as a matter of customer courtesy, a customer care agent provided Ms*** with a refund of her February membership fee in the amount of $and removed her from the Intelius Premier Plus membership program on February 12, Per her request, I have provided her an additional refund of her January 28, membership fee in the amount of $Ms*** should note this refund on her account within the next to days, depending on her financial institution’s billing cycle and internal refund policies ? The report that Ms[redacted] purchased included her search subject’s contact, information, including address, email and phone records, family members, employment and educational history and social network profilesIn addition, a Background report will provide criminal, civil and marital history, if the information is available from the state in which the individual resides or if the individual has this information to report ? at least times, to FIND, copy and paste my URL address into your requested box on-line? After plus times, submitting my URL address, it was
by luck that I found the hidden URL address that your system required? This was submitted at least six timesFrom there, I was informed to that I would?
received a telephone call with further instructions? I did not want to provide you with my mobile phone number, but felt pressured to do so? Each and every time,
I went through this process, I received a telephone call, and pushed the appropriate button, #1, only to hear, " I am sorry, there is a problem with access? Good bye"
HOW MANY Barriers have I had to overcome, with many hours spent on this, with the Barriers outrageously difficult to find, to submit, to eventually get to a return
call that indicates "Good Bye'
Then, to telephone India, I was told I needed to send to you a copy of my Driver's License or Passport or other Federal I.Dcard? HOW DARE YOU ask this of me, because you clearly have posted all information about me! ?
I did, however, send to you in the mail the information requested? A copy of my Driver's License, with my photo and ID crossed out, as requested
This is an outrageous game that you are playing, and in no way indicates a reputable business nor reputable business practices?

[redacted]I understand the process of this companyIt is very easy to make up fake emails and stealing someone's identityI did contact my bank and they told me to contact the company and explain what happened which I did on several occasions.? 2/21, 3/3, twice on 3/6,and 3/8, and again on 4/The first couple times they told me there was going to be a investigation and the would get back to me in to business days which they did notI called after the days and they told me they would not give me any information on the investigation.? Yes they did give me but I am still out of $80.00.? ?

Intelius.comIt is more smoke and mirrors, complete deceit and liesThe company was engaged to do a simple job, it did not do the job and charged me $for various made up feesIt is that simpleThey could have just simple said the are not capable of doing the work they advertise to do, that is is a fake and the advertising is completely false.? The deceitful “price structure and time to cancel this and that” is more deceit and misleading gibberish with no meaningThe presentation is designed to con customers out of their money, nothing moreIt is a very dishonest business, another internet Fraud.? Why the Revdex.com gives them a good grade is another questionIs the Revdex.com taking some kind of payoff? Why does the Revdex.com not tell the truth?? Anyone that does business with Intelius is a FOOLThey will only steal your money and give you nothing, just like they did me.? ?

agenciesFor additional information regarding how we collect and share an individual’s information we recommend viewing our Privacy Policy located at http://www.peopleconnect.us/privacy? According to our records, Mr[redacted] submitted a request to remove his information from the Intelius database on April 17, Mr[redacted]’s request was completed by April 20, and his information was removed from our database as well as our affiliate websites ?
