just paid off my account number XXXXXXX with Exeter Finance on 02/08/ I had a payment due on 01/22/and I traded my car and gave the dealers
I just paid off my account number XXXXXXX with Exeter Finance on 02/08/ I had a payment due on 01/22/and I traded my car and gave the dealership a payoff good through 01/31/ However, the dealer payment didn't post until 02/02/ A 30-day late payment was put on my account for January On 02/08/I paid the balance of as the dealership payment was received after the 31st of January
I have tried to contact someone at Exeter for a goodwill 30-day late payment removal for January but I haven't been successful I'm trying to pay my accounts on time and not be 30-days late I want you to know that I understand my financial obligations, I traded the Camaro financed by Exeter Finance on 01/12/and if it weren't for Bob *** Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Graniteville, SC not paying the vehicle

I bought a car from Exeter in November 15, and I never paid anything toward the principal on the car They always told me that I was still paying on the interest of the car and I was paying them $a month and I have pay them over $22,in interest so I gave them the car back and they still calling me and saying that I can get the car back if I pay them $ I told them that the car ought to be paid for when it was only a little over $24, Please don't let Exeter finance a car or nothing for you because they are a ripe off and if I knew then that I won't have them at all If it was let up to me they would have a stars and a very negative review

Have not received a Paid in full letter or release of lien for a loan that has been paid off since 07/02/
Paid off my loan with Exeter Finance in July 2015, was told then that I would receive a paid in full letter and release of lien would be sent I have made numerous call and repeatedly told that this will be faxed and mailed as of August 22, I have still not been able to obtain the paid in full letter and/or lien release This has also not been provided to the DMV Customer service states that they will submit it again and then nothing comes Call again, nothing comes Etc etc What does one have to do to get a release of Lien from this company

This company is fraudulently refusing to report my payment history to the credit bureau
I found out on Saturday September 22, that I have been made payments on my vehicle loan and none of the have been reported to the credit burauThis company has excepted a letter from someone in Dallas Texas that I do not know and has no authorization to my account telling them not to report my paymentsThis company never contacted me but followed the directions written by a person other than myselfI have contacted the company and spoke with several different people and no one that I have spoken with is able to fix this fraudulent issueI have even sent them a letter by email requesting the payments be reportedI have not been able to find a solution with them and they just continue to make excuses for the problem instead of looking for a solution

Since my husband lost his job I have requested numerous time to try to reduce our payments They are not willing and rude

I have contacted Customer Service and spoke with several different reps & Managers requesting to waive late fees & changing of my payment due date
I have contacted customer service so many timesI have ask them why was I approved when they sent me a letter on 5/19/that they where unable to approve meI have also asked them if they could they waiver my late fees so I can catch up with the payment due to the fact that my disability check arrives on the 3rd of each monthEverything I have said and asked for is on recordingNumerous times spoke with a Manager requesting to have my due date changed to the same date my disability check is deposited so I won't have late fees & one Manager told a customer service rep that when I paid the past due amount that all late fees would be waived I have proof of all papers and will be glad to discuss in full detail over the phone

My car has been paid off since November 15, I haven't received my title !
Paid my car off in nice November per the payoff from the customer service agent! Called them to give them my new address and they stated I still had a balance of $or so dollars the agent explained it was a error on their part I called today to check my status again and still stating I have a balance ! They supervisor said the other agent gave me wrong info! No one has called and told me anything! I want my title!

I called Exeter a couple days after trading in the car they were financing and requested information about getting my payoff letter so that I could get a refund on my warranty (this is going to take an additional 1-months so time is of the essence)I was told that there was a processing time of ten days to "ensure that the account payoff is valid"This is a very long time when they've been paid already but I gave them the benefit of the doubtWhen I called in I was verified under my new address so I had no inclination that there would be an issueI gave a fax number to send the letter to so I would get it sooner and they told me that would take 24-hours (after the ten days previously mentioned)After ten days had passed I checked the fax within the 24-hour span and nothing had been receivedI called again and was told that

On Wednesday at midnight my car was towed because they said I either no payment or something elseThey didn't explain, they also didn't car about the finance company's car because they towed it illegally and on its front wheelsThe car is a rear wheel drive and the one of the guys was in the driver seat while the other person towed the carI have had the car towed twice and It should always go on a flat bed truck

I have vehicle loan with Exeter and twice I have canceled payments yet they withdrew the payment still when they knew my payoff was overnighted
I called Exeter Finance on July 6th advising them we were refinancing the loan and to cancel the payment I had scheduled for 7/9/ I was told the payment would be canceled and I had until July 12th before anything would negatively impact my credit On 7/9/I overnighted the payoff amount for the loan; however, on the same day Exeter did not cancel the payment as previously advised and withdrew funds anyway in the amount of $ I called immediately when I saw this occur but was advised they could not do anything and it would take them days to return my money even though this was their error for not canceling it I then had to contact my bank and put a stop payment on the funds

I recently discovered that your company ran an unauthorized credit inquires on me on the following date 5/30/I did not authorize such inquires and this constitutes a violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act 604; as well as a violation of my rights to privacy and subjects you to a fineI'm demanding that you contact the following credit reporting agencies Transunion, Equifax, Experian immediately and have your inquires deleted from my credit fileAs you or company do not have any permissible purpose to pull my credit report as I didn't authorized itIf you find the inquires referenced above to be valid, please send me a description of the procedures used in your investigation and proof of authorization within business days of the completion of the investigation

After viewing a copy of my consumer report, I noticed an unauthorized inquiry from Exeter FinanceI contacted the credit bureaus about this and they informed me I would need to contact the company to resolve the issueI called Exeter Finance and they informed me that they do not deal with these issuesI have a fraud alert on my credit report, so in order for someone to run my credit they need to contact me, which no one ever didThe credit bureaus also informed me that they only report what the companies relay; meaning Exeter finance requested my credit information without my consent, ignoring the fraud alert, and will need to issue a letter stating it is ok for the credit bureaus to remove the inquiry from my credit report

I am being over charged $a payment when I was advised by customer service I would not have to pay again until Dec pls see below

I did a voluntary surrender on vehicle in February and no one has came to get car after several calls and I provided the information several times
I filed voluntary surrender around first week of FebruaryI called a few weeks after because I never received emaiSpoke to a few supervisors because I called several more times and they were entering in email address incorrectly but assured me it was corrected but still didn't get email so I could sign documenta for them to pickup carI called back and supervisors assured it was corrected and he would even send letter for me to sign and I gave him updated address and I never got the letterThis is affecting me credit score severely and I'm not able to get a new car because they can't do their part
