Hi,I recently purchased a vehicle with Baha Auto which is located at burbank IllinoisThey finance me with exerter finance coIt's been almost two months and I have not received any statements due to paymentsI had receive a letter from Exerter stating that I was approved for a car loanThen I received another letter stating that I did not got approved for the car loanI call exerter to verify If I have an account with themThey said I doI made a payment like weeks earlyI never receive a confirmation or statement for my paymentI been trying to create an account in their page online but it always shows errorI always contact them to help me create an account online and they say that their page is not working for the moment due to updatesAnother time they say they were going to refresh the page and to try to create an account if few hoursAnother issue is that is not reported to my creditI had check credit karma and the car loan doesnt showI just want to have access

Exeter Finance Corp wrongfully reporting debt on my credit report
Someone used my information to obtain a car loan while I was out the country for months.I need this matter to be absolvedI went to the UK back in December of I arrived back in the U.Sat the end on June I checked my mail and noticed a few letters from Exeter Finance claiming that I have a open car loan and have missed paymentsI was out the country and have PROOF of thisIm not sure what happened, but this claim needs to be absolved and removedI have no idea nor any clue as to what is going onExeter Finance needs to take care of this expeditiously.I talked to a representative via telephone, but when I tried calling the area code number back I DO NOT get a responseI WILL be filing suit if this matter is not resolved in a timely manner

Exeter Finance Corp is a ripoff I had a car loan with this company since and I the maturity date of the vehicle is 6/30/ I must admit that when I first bought my car, my credit was not that good However, I received a letter from exeter finance stating that my account will accrue interest everyday beginning on 4/1/if the remainder of my balance of 1,is not paid in full by 6/30/ This is absurd In my opinion, they prey on the weak and suck the blood from those who are really trying to live a decent American life When I am done paying....I will NEVER do business with this company or any car dealership that does business with this corporation It is an example of how people in high places step on the heads of those less rich or financially fortunate Don't ever let me win the lottery

I was in the process of changing financial institutions (banks)i had setup a payment with the new bank and the old bank already had an account open with the same info concerning exeter financeon the 1st of September the old bank sent out a payment to exeterwhen I found out this had happened I contacted the new bank and explained what had happened, a rep from central operations suggested we wait to see if the payment had went out and they could try and stop it.I in the meantime contacted exeter finance and informed one of customer service agents that two payments were sent out to them and there was only that they need to keep the other was sent out in by accidenti spoke to two reps from exeter on the same day, one around 8am on the 5th of september and the other around 2pmthe first rep asked what my call was in reference to,I did not want to tell him so I asked for a manager or supervisorhe asked me if I would tell him some of what it was in reference toi asked if he could

I paid my maturity payment for August 14th on 09/13/by money gramI received 30+ plus calls within days that a payments were not madeThat I was over days lateI was mistreated and talked down to and yelled atIt took one agent name Felicia that realized that my payments were being applied towards my fees instead of principalWells Fargo even sent a letter to Exeter Finance showing that two payments were made for Exeter FinanceI was under the impression with Felecia that my payments have been changed and added towards my principal: June, July and August,I gave the agent my cell number to contact me to contact me to make my payments (deferred) to go towards my principal with her.She made me feel at easeI was worried that my truck would be repo'd after yearsWell after my discussion with Felicia, I received more calls

I was told I was receiving a refundStill waiting for my refund

Late payments from credit report
The account is no longer active and has been closed but is showing late paymentsThose late payments are affecting me from making financial decisions such as purchasing a home

I extended loan and was told it would take care of the late payments so they would not reflect late or negatively on my report
In October 2015, I was hurt was injured while on military status I was placed out of work indefinitelyIn December I called Exeter to find out about making some arrangements as I knew I was not going have income for some time, I was trying to be proactive and get things in order, I was told then because my loan was under year there were no options for me to extend or refinance Later in after having surgery and many complications, I fell behind on my payments I reached out to Exeter once again and explained the situation, they offered to extend the contract placing the late payments on the end of the loan to bring me current after I made a payment I did this and mailed the docs back to them I didn;t see any changes In Sep/Oct I reached out to Exeter again to find they did not receive the first contract I resubmitted and I was again

This company financed a car for meI paid it off months ago and have not received the lean release yetAm not able to drive the car because cannot get tags without the lean releaseIs very upsetting

Overpayment on payoff refund
Yes my issue is with Exeter finance I refinanced my truck with another entity and a payment of was sent to them from my new lien holder it was received on August 9th then deposited on August 10th and I got a letter from them on August 18th saying paid in fullNow the problem is I only owed which is a difference of that is owed to meSo I call and ask when am I going to receive the money owed to me and there response is to until account is fully closedNow I want to say this is not good business practices there is no reason for them to hold this moneyLet me say this when my payment is due they get paid but now they owe me and want to make excuse and say it is there policyBut I called a few times before this to ask when I am going to get the check other reps said to days??? I have been paying on this loan for over years & over $33,on a 16,loan that matures 3/15/& they say I still owe $10,

I purchased a motor vehicle on 5/whereby my credit was run as a hard inquiry by Exeter Finance CorpMonths later I realized that all my previous payment history have never been reported per my credit reportsIn addition to the payment history, the auto loan borrowed from this company does not reflect in any of my credit records or historyI have contacted this company numerous times, but no action has been takenThe company itself has a record of the number of times I have called as per their customer agents' notes evidenced by talking to different agents on each occasionThe agents have also reported to me that the company reports every days to the credit bureau companies (Transunion and Experian)I have been making $every month, above my minimum payment and on timeI assumed this loan in order to improve my credit score, but my efforts are just pushed to the wall by wrongful and advertiseme

Sent them all the information that they needed to investigate my claim for removal of items from my Credit historyThey mailed me back stating that They did not have enough information to proceed with the investigation, and that the matter, according to law had been marked FrivolousI am taking that to me that it is a lack of seriousness or sense, and that they are unconcerned about my request, and that I am an empty-headed person, not worthy of serious noteThis matter has also been address by Lexington Law Firm, a Credit Repair Bureau I would like to request that they do away with the wordage on their forms and try to be a little more decent in dealing with those of us that are not Frivolous in natureAny help you can provide will be of great assistanceThank you
