They charged fees after taking out money they were not suppose too, I was sold a car that had been wrecked and not told about it, and fraud Payments posted incorrectly, harrassing phone calls, called twenty times in one day, payments not posted, upgrades that were never purchased I was charged for.

Exeter owes me 2,243.00 for the difference for a car I had financed and they do not want to give it to me. They only gave me 9.27 On April 13 I did a trade in with my vehicle I had financed thru Exeter we submitted the offer they accepted the offer and Mail the payoff within the 10 days and Exeter will not give me my remaining money that was left. They owe me 2,243.15 and only refunded me 9.27 they said it wasn't entered into their "system" according to their payoff amount time so they don't owe me anything. I feel I am owed this money because they received the money in time. It's not my fault they are behind in entering the info. We did our part on time. They received the money by April 19th 2016 so they should've had the payoff entered in their system by the cut off date. So they're putting the blame on [redacted] dodge.

Inadequate customer service regarding sending me my account payoff letter. Requests go unfulfilled with no additional options or resolutions offered. I called Exeter a couple days after trading in the car they were financing and requested information about getting my payoff letter so that I could get a refund on my warranty (this is going to take an additional 1-2 months so time is of the essence). I was told that there was a processing time of ten days to "ensure that the account payoff is valid". This is a very long time when they've been paid already but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I called in I was verified under my new address so I had no inclination that there would be an issue. I gave a fax number to send the letter to so I would get it sooner and they told me that would take 24-48 hours (after the ten days previously mentioned). Exeter Finance Corp wrongfully reporting debt on my credit report Someone used my information to obtain a car loan while I was out the country for 6 months.I need this matter to be absolved. I went to the UK back in December of 2012. I arrived back in the U.S. at the end on June 2013. I checked my mail and noticed a few letters from Exeter Finance claiming that I have a open car loan and have missed payments. I was out the country and have PROOF of this. Im not sure what happened, but this claim needs to be absolved and removed. I have no idea nor any clue as to what is going on. Exeter Finance needs to take care of this expeditiously.I talked to a representative via telephone, but when I tried calling the 800 area code number back I DO NOT get a response.
