THIEF ALERT!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! If I could give this company stars I wouldI have never missed a car payment nor have I been lateThey stole over $from me this month and have put me through the ringer in getting it backI set up automated payments five months ago for the 15th of each monthThis month, as usual the payment was not taken on the 15thSo, on the 16th I paid my billOn the 19th they stole $out of my account after knowingly receiving my payment on the 16thThey told me to send a running bank statement from my bank and after I did so, they informed me that they could not use it to give me back my money after days passed and being informed that the money would be in my account after hrsThe customer service representatives are rude and the managers can not help you and tell you that they are the only people you can talk toI am going to get my money back one way or anotherI will be going to my bank to reverse the payment and refinancing my car with a trustworthy company with better rates and decent customer serviceI will not give my money to thieves!! Exeter finance refuses to post a payment from my insurance companyAlso I have made a 10,payment and they also refuse to post it
I was involved in an accident on Feb 13th and my insurance company has totaled out my carI am trying to pay off my loan to Exeter but they seem to be prohibiting me from paying the loan off earlyThey won't update my account, give me an accurate payoff or post the 10,worth of payments from myself and my insurance companyThey keep telling me to call and check back in 24-hours but I keep checking back and getting the same run aroundMeanwhile I am accruing interest on a loan that I am trying to pay offThey are violating our contract to allow me to pay off the loan early

My car has been paid off since November 15, I haven't received my title !
Paid my car off in nice November per the payoff from the customer service agent! Called them to give them my new address and they stated I still had a balance of $or so dollars the agent explained it was a error on their part I called today to check my status again and still stating I have a balance ! On 04/25/I *** *** phoned Exeter Finance to inform them I was no longer Working at Vanderbilt, and was unable to pay for the Nissan Altima that I would be surrendering it to themThe person on the line asked me questions about where the Automobile will be and where to find the keys I was told someone will be getting InTouch with me in a couple of days no one didSo, I called back again on 04/28/I was told the paper work that person I talked did not fill out the paper work correctly, so again I gave all information I was asked to, and again was told someone will call me in the next two day to pick the car upAgain no one called no one came to pick the car up, so I called again, on 05/05/and wouldn?t you know was told the same thingI see this company as being incompetent, and the employees very poorly trainedExeter Finance is a very bad business and have very poor custom skills as of 05/06/no one has gotten in touch with me

around July of I purchased a car for 22,and received a loan through Exeter financial Corp my monthly payment are @ 19.88% APR for monthsI recently spoke too Exeter concerning a PRINCIPAL ONLY payoff however I was only told the dailey rate that I pay in INTEREST, which is $a day I was told that my current balance was$17,; again I asked was this a INTEREST & PRINCIPAL payoff and didn't get a principal quote I decided to figure this out on my own, starting with a day at days equal INTEREST ONLYThis would leave going towards the PRINCIPAL Currently there is months remaining on this loan months mulpitied by PRINCIPAL ONLY payments of equals $12,091.20!
