The company reported me delinquent for the month of May 2017, I placed a call to the company t have this correct or adjusted and the company refused to accommodate me even with me having on time payments for years straight the company has no intention on helping the customer in no way possible

Oh man where to flipping start?!?!!?!? I had scheduled a payment to be done on a Monday (January)Ended up getting paid the Friday beforeSo I called Exeter to go ahead and make my payment that day and to cancel the scheduled payment for MondayI confirmed multiple times that my scheduled payment for Monday was canceledThe young lady said yesWell here comes Monday and I am getting charged and NSF fee because they were trying to charge my bank! Called and the supervisor said he would have to listen to the recorded conversation to make sure I wanted the scheduled payment canceledHe then also proceeded to tell me that they would automatically try to charge my account again 3-days later and that there was no way of stopping itSo yup another NSF fee charged to my accountTotal of $50! Called to get statusTalked to a female manager who was extremely rude and said that the only way to "prove myself" would be to fax them my bank statement showing that my payment was made on Friday and that I was charged two other times the next weekI asked if I could email since I do not have access to a fax machine and that I can make the email encryptedShe said "No there is no other wayWe do not have email addresses here." Well funny thing how on their main contact page two email addresses! One for customer service and one for corporateSo I sent a total of about emails, cc'ing corporate and explained my issue (after getting permission from the email team)Called again to get a status on my account and nothingI have spoken to about different supervisors/managersStill nothingEven called corporate and left about messagesNOTHING!! months after the flipping fact I get a couple of missed callsSo I call back and I get transferred to a Megan who was inquiring about my refundShe said that she was going to refund me my money of $for my March payment! What?!?!?! I said no it was $refund and that if they were going to refund me $it would screw up my account even moreShe asked the refund of $was forI semi re-explained and also said well if you have access to all of my emails then they would know!!! She told me to calm downVery frustratedExplained if you guys aren't competent enough to read emails about the issue and have people that speak English to understand what the heck is going on then im done with ExeterNEVER going through them again!!!!!! Told her to forget the refund at this point because whatever they are going to do is just screw things up even more!

Exeter finance misapplied a payment to my account and in turn reported negatively to the credit bereau of my payment status

In January of this year I was made aware via my credit Karma account that I was reported over days past due in Sep for the August payment and in November for the October payment I became concerned about this issue as I would like to continue maintaining a good credit history I called in immediately to discuss my records and upon speaking with the CSR in the collection department, I then realized that my payment made on 09/14/in the amount of $was not credited to my account That payment was for the August bill which was due on 8/15/ As a result of that payment not being credited to the August bill, when I made the next payment in October for $which should have been applied to the Sept and October bill instead the amount was applied to Aug and Sept and again in November

OVerdraft fees for bank account for payments that should not have been processed
My husband is the account holder *** *** account number XXXXXXX but this is going on too long without resolution.I have had seperate incidents on in Feb and most recently July where exeter ran payments through my bank account that were cancelled or should not had been processed I called on both incidents and was told to contact may bank to have those charges reversed My bank wouldn't reverse the charges because the error was not on their part The incident in FebI did pursue because it was taking to much time and energy so I took it as a $loss but for it to happen again months later is a bit much I have called 7-times attempting to resolve this issue with no successOn 7/I spoke with *** 07/spoke with another repI spoke with *** another day, *** *** 08/1, *** 8/ I do not have any money to be giving away due to no fault of my own

This company claims that I still owe them 11,after paying on this car for years nowThey lied to me about my rate it's suppose to be at 14%
This company is claiming that I still owe 11, after years of paying my noteThey promised that may rate would be 14% and they have been charging me for 21.06% which is not what was promisedThey do not respond to customer inquiries about their wrong doingThese loans are faulty and they have over 500,complaints with you guys and nothing is being done or investigated.I have even gotten my credit repair company (Lexington Law) to challenge them on this issue but continuously not respond to there challenges

Without my knowledge, they attempted to take a payment out of my checking account twice, overdrafting me twice in a week

Poor customer service and payment handling
