Exeter is stating a balance is due after Maturity date
My original Maturity date of my car was December The loan was extended months All payments have been made over the last six years except two payments of $ Exeter has not sent the Title of the car because they claim there is a balance of $4, There should not be a balance I have records of all payments over the last years Exeter is doing fraud If I pay $4,that means I would have paid three times more than I owed

They will not process a payment over the phone unless I provide them with pieces of verification
I make payments to Exeter via Phone It's borderline harassment trying to make a payment If I provide my account number and social security number to make the payment, which I always do, why does Exeter have to verify my physical address, phone number, and work phone number every month They also call call my place of business, where I am employees even though I have asked them to not call my place of work

COMPLAINT REGARDING AMOUNT ADVISED OF BILLING DUE AND DEROGGATORY MARK ON CREDIT
IN CONTACTING EXETER FINANCE ON THE PAYMENT THAT WAS MAILED IN TO THE COMPANY, A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ADVISED THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS PAID UP TO DATE AND WAS NO LONGER DELINQUENT HE WAS ASKED IF THE COMPANY'S WEBSITE WAS ACCURATE WHERE HE RESPONDED THAT THE SITE NORMALLY DOESN'T CATCH UP THE PAYMENT HOWEVER,THIS GENTLEMAN ADVISED ME THAT WE WERE NO LONGER DAYS DELINQUENT AND THAT THERE WAS SUFFICIENT TIME TO PAY THE LOAN WE RECEIVED A CALL TWICE RECENTLY INDICATING THAT THE LOAN WAS DAYS PAST DUE, AND TO ADD INSULT THE GENTLEMAN WE HAD SPOKEN WITH PLACED NO NOTATION ON THE ACCOUNT I ADVISED "ROBBIE" THAT THERE WAS INCOMPETENCE ON THE PART OF CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE TEHRE WAS NO NOTATION, NO RECORDING, YET THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO NOT RESLOVE THE FACT THAT CREDIT ISSUES HAVE NOW OCCURRED IF THIS COMPANY WOULD TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THE LACK ON THEIR PART, THE PROBLEMS THAT ARE AT F

After a recent illness,I couldn't make my regular car payment.I contacted Exeter customer service and explained this to the rep.He spoke briefly with his manager and they approved a deferrment of my loan payment for months, also the late fee was waived for the current payment.This allowed me to not have to worry about my car payment while I was recovering.They also changed the due date on my loan going forward so that I could avoid any late fees.I have been doing business with Exeter for years now and I have never had any issues with them, on the contrary, they have been very professional whenever I've had reason to speak with their customer service repsMy only issue with this company is that they do not accept credit card payments

They are harassing me via phone callThey are call me repeatedly back to back within a matter off minutes often times and hanging up when I do answe

Exeter, my auto finance company, contacted me at work regarding making a payment after I verbally advised them not to contact me at work

On Feb X XXXX representive Erin *** from my auto finance company, Extera, contacted me on my cell phone regarding making a pymt to my acct as my acct was "past due" because my due date is the 28th day of the month I agreed w/Ms Dawson that my pymt due date is the 28th day of the month but I also advised her that I have days grace period as well to make that pymt and the pymt would be made I also informed MsDawson that I did not want to any receive collection calls by phone However, on April Exeter contacted me at work regarding making a pymt because my acct was "past due", however, I was out of the office that day and a message was left with the office
staff When I returned to the office on April I received the message of Extera's call and I immediately called Extera and spoke to manager Roshena Cto

Was sent a letter saying that my account was listed as being FrivoulousWill not remove from credit history
Sent them all the information that they needed to investigate my claim for removal of items from my Credit historyThey mailed me back stating that They did not have enough information to proceed with the investigation, and that the matter, according to law had been marked FrivolousI am taking that to me that it is a lack of seriousness or sense, and that they are unconcerned about my request, and that I am an empty-headed person, not worthy of serious noteThis matter has also been address by Lexington Law Firm, a Credit Repair Bureau I would like to request that they do away with the wordage on their forms and try to be a little more decent in dealing with those of us that are not Frivolous in natureAny help you can provide will be of great assistanceThank you

Falsely reporting to credit agency
I purchased my vehicle in I have been on time with my payments except for a couple times when I had some issues ariseWhen I contacted Exeter Finance about my loan, I kept receiving different dates about when it would matureIt was a different story everytimeI looked at my credit report and they were reporting to the credit agency since January that I was days late which was falseI paid the car off in October and they are still reporting to the credit agency that my account is delinquent

Tonight I called my loan office Exeter finance Corp out of Irving TX to try to pay off my loanI asked to speak with someone in regards to paying it off and a possible settlementAfter being transferred multiple times I spoke with *** ID # XXXXXX she informed me the Exeter does not offer anything of that natureI asked to speak with her supervisor, she stated there was no one higher up then her tonightI asked to send a message in regards to my concern about paying off my car and she refusedStating there was nothing they could do to help me and that because I signed a contract they would not negotiateI have made payments on a Suzuki Kizashi totatling over 9,on payments for a loan originated amount was for 13,Current pay off being 10,due to a 18.9% interest rateI only have 9,that I can pay the car off withNo one is willing to discuss this with me at allI just want someone to work with me and this company refuses
