I called Exeter Finance Corpthis morning, Feb2, 2016, while on my way to work at 8:am in regard to my account (Acct number XXXXXXX) to set up a payment arrangement for January's payment for the date of 02/15/The representative confirmed the debit card that I would be using for the arrangement and confirmed that my account would not be drafted before the arrangement dateI agreed to the terms of the payment arrangement in the amount of $on the date of 02/15/2016, afterwards she provided me with the reference #XXXXXXXUpon arriving to the bank at 8:am to deposit money to pay a utility bill when the receipt printed it had a $balanceMy online statement showed that Exeter Finance Corpdrafted my account for $at 8:am leaving an overdraft, and when I depositing the money my account settled to a $balanceI immediately contacted Exeter Finance Corpand was advised they did not see the payment

Not able to reach corporate office for customer service
I have been trying to resolve an issue with being able to access my account on their website for over months nowTheir customer service is handled by a call center in India or somewhere and when I call the corporate office, all I get is sent to "reception" voice mailNever does the phone ring or do I get a call backTheir customer service has not been able to do anything to help me and I'm beyond frustrated

Something bearing my signature that this is in fact my debt

this company continues to update an old account on my credit report, they were closed in trying to defame me from getting future credit
