I can't understand why Exeter finance takes money every month out of my Bank of America account and still have my being late car payments
every month on the 24th Exeter finance takes my car payment out of my checking account They show have me payments behind and has sent bad reporting to the credit companies Bank of America has told me they are ready to help me with all of the drafts that Exeter has pulled from my accountWhat are they doing there....They take my money and still have me behind on car payments I want something done about this right now please I have contacted a lawyer and I intend to sue them, Maybe they can get it stright after that, inthe mean is there anything I can do about this mess

THIS FINANCE COMPANY IS A COMPLETE RIP OF! I'VE HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH THESE MONSTERS FOR THE PAST YEARS!!!! AND I'VE BEEN RIPPED OFF FROM WHAT THEY CLAIM LATE PAYMENTS AND INTEREST!! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS SPECIFIC COMPANY AGAIN!! I'VE HAD TO CALL IN TONS OF TIMES ASKING TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER DUE TO THE BALANCE OF MY LOAN!!! EVEN BEING REIMBURSED AT ONE POINT BECAUSE THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT LATE FEES AND THEY WERE'NT SUPPOSED TO!!! OUT OF ALL THE YEARS OF PAYING BILLS I'VE NEVER RAN ACROSS A COMPANY THIS AWFUL!!! I HAVE LESS THAN MONTHS TO PAY OFF MY LOAN AND THEY'RE LETTING ME WALK AWAY A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!!! In March of I called and got a payoff for my vehicle I than sent the check for that amount After quite some time I never received my title so I called and they said I still had over $left to pay off I spoke with a supervisor and he said the gentleman that I spoke with did not provide me with the right information He said he would speak to his supervisor to get the matter cleared up I have been contacting them regarding this and have gotten no where My account has continued to accrue interest and they will not honor my first payoff quote I want to get my title for my car and have this matter closed

EXTER APPLYING FEES WHEN MY PAYMNET CLEARED MY BANK ACCOUNT
On June 30,I contact exeter in regards to payment issues from August 25th where my payment of was drafted out and posted by my bank on that day Exeter is reporting inaccurate paymnet reversals on my actI also seen where it was reported inaccurate and another reversal on 09/21/that accurred fee as wellI was told by the customer service rep to email my bank statements over showing the payment cleared, which I did when the rep was on the line he told me to contact the office back to follow up.On July 5th I contacted exter again to see what the results was and I was told to resent my bank statemnt with no mark out and with my bank heading and proceed to email them againI checked my act history and nothing was done I conatcted them back on 07/22/and the rep was very rude and placed me on hold for more then 30mins when I requested to speak with a supervisorThis unacceptable when I have a go

On 04/25/I *** *** phoned Exeter Finance to inform them I was no longer Working at Vanderbilt, and was unable to pay for the Nissan Altima that I would be surrendering it to themThe person on the line asked me questions about where the Automobile will be and where to find the keys I was told someone will be getting InTouch with me in a couple of days no one didSo, I called back again on 04/28/I was told the paper work that person I talked did not fill out the paper work correctly, so again I gave all information I was asked to, and again was told someone will call me in the next two day to pick the car upAgain no one called no one came to pick the car up, so I called again, on 05/05/and wouldn?t you know was told the same thingI see this company as being incompetent, and the employees very poorly trainedExeter Finance is a very bad business and have very poor custom skills as of 05/06/no one has gotten in touch with me

Purchased my car kia forte in april 2018,first payment was due may 2018..In the amount of $per month..I could never get an account number to pay my bill..Id call and it would always say they were not in the office no matter time or date..even tried to email them...they wont discuss anything through email

I purchased my Kia Sorento in I believe the year I had this vehicle for about a yearI had to voluntarily give back my car due to the fact that my income changed and I could no longer afford the paymentsIt's now and I cant get a mortgage because they say I still owe over $11,for this vehicleThere's no way that could be the difference in the amount that it was then sold for and what I oweThey may say (as they have in other complaints) that this was agreed on when signing but I got no paperwork proving the amount the car was sold for and what I then owedI think they are flat out stealing from customers, knowing that they are only going with this company due to poor credit to begin with, and then being taken advantage ofI am now working with a lawyer to get this fixed

I have currently been with Exeter Finance Company since October They were one of the companies that agreed to finance me after my bankruptcy dischargeOn November 30, 2016, someone totaled my carMy insurance company immediately paid out to them within one weekWhile this was going on, I had started the process of my GAP claim to coverage any remaining balance that the insurance company did not pay due to the ACV provisionThe insurance company I am with, has a strict policy that if your car is considered a total loss, you are only eligible to use your rental coverage for three days after thatI have been in a car rental for weeks now, at my own out-of-pocket expense, which is running me about $215, even for the smallest carThe process with the GAP claim does not happen overnight, because you have to include information from the lienholder and the insurance holder, so all that has to be in place before they can even start their processAfter my insurance company made their payment, I was told I could now go ahead and start car shopping for another vehicleConsidering the fact that I currently have an open car loan with Exeter with only $owing, and awaiting my GAP claim finalization, you would then they would re-finance me right? NOT! They turned me down faster than a speeding bulletI am upset because my previous loan was a year term, and they obtained majority of their investment from my insurance carrier, three years in advance, so they have been provided more than good faith money, and after three years of servitude, you won't refinance a customer who is already a current customer? Inaccurate Credit Reporting
On 04/03/this company reported I am over days late for my 05/monthly car paymentI traded this vechile (Nissan Rogue) on 05/01/and the check with closing payment of $12,was sent to Exeter Finance on 05/04/Exeter Finance failed to cash check until 04/07/after I enquired about negative reportMy credit decreased by 100pts subsequent to this reportI also provided them with documentation that the check was sent month before they cashed it and still even after I made several calls and emails, Exeter Finance refused to correct their errorI also have a credit dispute opened with Credit Bureau on this matterI am also owed $as excess paid to close balance on the loan and Exerter is refusing to actually this as it would indicate the loan was paid in full and on time

This complaint is against Exeter Finance Corporation August 2011, I purchased a Mazda from Ivory Chevrolet in Union City, GA Exeter Finance Corp were the financiers of my loan (August 2011) Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, I was no longer able to make the payments and the vehicle as repossessed in January My credit reports are showing that I am currently days past due (TransUnion and Equifax); and $written off, $past due (Experian) In the past, I have been having trouble getting my credit reports to reflect that this was a repossession; because it is still showing as if I still have the vehicle after it was repossessed in January (over yrs ago)
