Requesting copy of Title
I have moved to the State of Waat the end of February, on March I began to request a copy of the lien title in order to get my Lic.plates from California to Washington State; it it March and I have not received anything, every time I call Exeter FinanCorpeveryone I speak with tells me that the previous Representative send my request to wrong department, I have spoken with several managers: Jonathan *** Danny, ***, and to date I have still yet to receive this document
The State of Washington gives days from the date that a person moves here to get WaPlates
My days was up days ago
Exceter Finance in the past has made several mistakes overcharging my account, and I have not complained because the issue has always been resolved; however this time I am very frustrated, stressed, and worried, and at my wits end

Excessive robocalling phone calls
My due date for my car payment is the 27th of every month and after that I have a day grace periodExeter started calling me on November 1st which is only days into my grace periodI received a total of calls within that time frame

November 2nd- 10:39am, 12:06pm, 3:56pm
November 3rd- 10:14am, 10:45am, 5:59pm
November 4th- 10:14am, 10:58am, 11:37am, 11:55am
November 5th- 10:14am, 1:49pm, 2:16pm

Correct Reporting to Credit Agencies
Car note is paid in full and Exeter has failed to report "no balance due" to the credit agenciesI have notified Exeter multiple time and they have not done their part1st notification was in November Vehicle was paid off in October This added debt on my credit report is hurting my credit

Waiting for over a month for pay off letter
