extra money I have been paying to account never gets applied they say it is sitting in account Never lowering my amount
3/22/i paid extra to account and my balance is still the same this happened to me last year but now I need to do something because I work harbor my money and they say it is sitting in account but not applied Have never heard of such a thing

Be Aware Don't Use Them
I purchased a Chrysler in 2012.Yes I gave been late several times got extension beforeSo my car was supposed to be paid off in Jan 2017.And it was supposed to be paid off my Sept 2027.long story short I have payments left which would be I received a letter from Exeter Finance stating that I owe them a total of 6700.And my maturity date was Sept I gave given them 23,which my contract states was finance I don't know why I still own them which I only have payments leftThey customer service are nasty and rude disrespectful they pry on people that have less than perfect credit and call your phone Monday- Friday seven days a week from sun up to sun downI thought when you pay your payments off your loan which I'm doing which was on the contractI don't know what the other tgey said I owe them which I don'tI will seek a Lawyer and see they finance your Loan with alot of hidden fees.I have given them XXXXX and n

Will not send me a copy of payment history
Beginning of may I had called and asked for a copy of my payment history , someone had told me it would be -hours before I resived it a week went but never received a copy I then called and asked to speak with a manager they told me they would have one contact meFew days later I called back and smoke to a manager and asked her for a copy of my payment history because there is a day late payment on my credit and I do not believe I was days late , she told me she would fax one and I would receive it in 12-hours still have not received anything I then have made several addemps to call and let them know I received nothing and get the same answer all the time 12-hours and they are putting it through that's what everyone I talk to says , I want a copy of my payment because they said I was days late and I don't believe I was days late

Exeter Finance has been charging me late fees for the length of my contract with no record showing on my history

On Feb X XXXX representive Erin *** from my auto finance company, Extera, contacted me on my cell phone regarding making a pymt to my acct as my acct was "past due" because my due date is the 28th day of the month I agreed w/Ms Dawson that my pymt due date is the 28th day of the month but I also advised her that I have days grace period as well to make that pymt and the pymt would be made I also informed MsDawson that I did not want to any receive collection calls by phone However, on April Exeter contacted me at work regarding making a pymt because my acct was "past due", however, I was out of the office that day and a message was left with the office
staff When I returned to the office on April I received the message of Extera's call and I immediately called Extera and spoke to manager Roshena Cto

Have not received a Paid in full letter or release of lien for a loan that has been paid off since 07/02/
Paid off my loan with Exeter Finance in July 2015, was told then that I would receive a paid in full letter and release of lien would be sent I have made numerous call and repeatedly told that this will be faxed and mailed as of August 22, I have still not been able to obtain the paid in full letter and/or lien release This has also not been provided to the DMV Customer service states that they will submit it again and then nothing comes Call again, nothing comes Etc etc What does one have to do to get a release of Lien from this company

I recently had a cut back on hours at my job and I informed this to ExeterAnd they would not work with meI asked for an extension and a payment arrangementAlso asked for a defermentAnd they would not give that to me eitherTheir customer service reps and supervisors are very rude and obnoxiousI've never dealt with a loan company that doesn't want to work with their customersThey tack on a bunch of fees for no reasonA supervisor mentioned to me that after days they would come get the carIt's been daysOne rep told me that I can get a deferment after I make paymentsWhen I tried to get one after months, I was told I can't get it until after paymentsI was also told that I can have my payment date changed and when I tried to do that I was told my account has to be currentThis company does nothing but lie and they do not work with the customerThey need to be shut down

This is the worse experience I have ever hadI have had this car loan for years nowThey make harrassing calls when days lateI had my bank information saved with their website so I can just log in and pay when it was due, big mistakeThey decided to take a payment from my account when I did not authorize it!
